A Re-Reintroduction

Over the past several years, I have gone through numerous changes in perspective: perspective of myself, of the world, of reality, of what IS.

However, I have not, during that time, registered any thoughts or insights regarding such changes on this blog. In fact, if you scroll down you will find that I have only occasionally posted anything, and when I did it was inevitably a quote or excerpt from elsewhere.

This morning I spent an hour changing the appearance and layout of this blog, as well as it's sister blog (The Day Harry Sued God).

And, having done do, it appears that I have reinvigorated my penchant for expressing in this manner. I don't know whether this is yet another passing fancy, or whether I will find myself sharing my thoughts with you (my imaginary audience) on a regular basis.

But alas, it matters not. And that is one of the realizations of recent years that benefits me often and to no end. It truly matters not, and therefore I am free to choose: shall I, or shall I not?

Hmmm.

Perhaps I will write again soon. And perhaps I will not. But it will be my choice either way, and that choice will feel good.

For if anything truly matters, it is that one feel good.

But that is a discussion for another day. Or perhaps later today. Or after I shower.

The SHIFT in Plain English

As 2012 approaches there is an increasing urgency to this message because we’re all, literally, running out of time to play in the third dimension.

In simple terms, the habit of thinking and feeling and behaving that we know of as the third dimension is going away. Everyone is shifting into a fourth dimensional consciousness and experience, and then into a fifth dimensional consciousness and experience.

However, most people on the planet are not prepared for this Shift. But it is happening nonetheless, and for those who are unaware of what’s going on it will not be an easy or comfortable experience.

Yet this can be a wonderful, enjoyable time as well. With some basic information about what the Shift is, and what “dimensions” are, and with simple tools to help manage our thoughts and feelings, everyone has the ability to evolve their consciousness and move gracefully and joyfully into these higher vibrational realms.

If you don’t know what dimensions are, you are not alone. Most people playing the game of life as we know it in the third dimension are playing without a “rule book” that would explain what the game really is and how one can play it successfully.

This article provides these basic, missing rules. It explains what the third, fourth, and fifth dimensions are, and why they are the most important consideration of your life right now.
If you can understand the structure and play of these dimensions, you can begin to move fluidly through the unprecedented changes of this Shift without fear, without effort, without the tension and anxiety that is, for the most part, the daily habit of our lives.
So, first of all, let me define what dimensions are not.

Dimensions are not places or locations, and they are not a linear progression - 3, 4, 5, 6 - stacked up like pancakes. And the 3rd dimension, or the 4th dimension, is not the chair you’re sitting in, or the walls that surround you, or even the Earth itself. That is form, which exists predominantly in the 3rd and 4th dimensions, and which will still be very much part of the play in the 4th dimension when the 3rd dimension is no longer an option.

In general, dimensions are states of consciousness available to anyone who vibrates in resonance with the specific frequencies and opportunities available within each dimension.

In a way, you could think of each dimension as a different game with a different set of rules as to what is possible and not possible for the beings that choose to play and create there.

So what is the 3rd Dimension?

The third dimension (3D) is a box of rigid beliefs, more or less, with a relatively inflexible set of rules and limitations. Most of us have been playing this game for lifetimes, so we tend to think it is the only game available to us. But nothing could be further from the truth. One of the rigid 3D beliefs that structure our lives – our thinking and feeling and actions - is linear time.

Linear time is an optional belief and structure that let’s us “live” an experience of past and a future... and then we die. Because this belief is the default assumption of mass 3D consciousness, and events seem to validate the belief, most of us think and act as if it’s true.

But now we are all waking up from the illusion of this ubiquitous belief. And as you become more conscious, you realize that time in 3D is actually a time loop. What you experience in “the past” is pretty much what you put your attention on now, and you project that reality into “the future,” and therefore you experience it over and over again.

So the structure of time is quite specific (and limiting) in the 3rd dimension, but your experience of time is quite different (and empowering) as you move into higher dimensions.

Everything in a 3D consciousness is also very conditional. The concept of, for example, ‘unconditional love,’ does not exist in the 3rd dimension. If you experience ‘unconditional love’ or ‘unconditional peace’ you have actually moved into a fourth dimensional (4D) consciousness.

You see, in the earth experience now, we have access to both 3rd and 4th dimensional consciousness, but most of us rarely step out of the well-grooved habits of 3D thinking and feeling.

The 3rd dimension also offers no possibility of choice. We don’t choose our thoughts, feelings, and actions in every moment (that’s a skill of 4D and 5D), instead we react from unconscious beliefs and training to the people and situations that pop up in our space.

Duality provides another rigid structure for 3D experience. Up/down. Left/right.

Should/shouldn’t. Since the fall of Atlantis 12,500 years ago, we have become very fearful as a way of life, and in that fear we have learned to narrowly define good and bad, right and wrong, etc. Unconscious judgment permeates 3D thinking.

Moreover, we perceive our 3D experience predominantly with the left hemisphere of the brain, home of the rational mind, and so we use only about 5 to 10 percent of the brain’s capacity to play the 3D game. Most of us suspect the rest of our brain must do something but have no idea what it actually does and how it functions.

In fact, what the rest of the brain enables us to do is function in the higher 4th and 5th dimensions, and beyond.

We already have the potential, all the necessary equipment and wiring, right now, to be fully conscious in all these dimensions. But our habits of thinking and feeling, grooved over many lifetimes, dumbs= us down and limit us to 3D experience. Our left-brain, rational mind only knows what it knows, and doesn’t know what it doesn’t know, and it works tirelessly to keep us within a thin range of objective 3D thinking and possibilities. And we, for the most part, have gone along for the ride. But no longer.

The increasing light energies and frequencies of the Shift are rewiring our brains to allow us access to a much wider range of information and possibility than is available in the 3rd dimension. These light energies are preparing us for 4D and 5D experience, even as they are clearing the rigid 3D “rules” from our consciousness.

So what is the 4th Dimension?

The “rules” of 4th dimensional consciousness provide an enhanced sense of ease, possibility, and capability than the structures of the 3rd dimension.

Time in 4D, for example, is always present time. The focus is only ever this moment, what is happening right now. Our bodies already know only this present time; they can’t know ‘yesterday’ or ‘tomorrow,’ and as conscious beings in our natural alignment in the higher 4th dimension, we function absolutely in this “Now” of present time awareness and attention. When our attention point becomes present time awareness, choice becomes possible again. We can observe any and all events with a sense of detachment, merely as information to consider, and from that still, uncluttered platform we are then, and only then, free to choose our response. In the higher 4th dimension we become response-able.

A concept and possibility known as paradox also becomes available in the present time of 4D consciousness. Paradox simply means that what was true just a moment ago may not be true right now. And what was false a moment ago may no longer be false. Instead of applying rigid, pre-existing definitions to any experience, we choose our preferred version and vibration in every moment.

So as we move into 4D consciousness in present time, with the power of choice and response-ability, and the flexibility of paradox, the ability to alter the game to enhance our happiness and wellbeing becomes available.

Interestingly, 4D consciousness will not be a long-term option after the Shift clears away the rigid structures of 3D consciousness.

The 4th dimension is serving as an essential, but short-lived, stepping stone or vibrational platform from which we will all move into 5th dimensional consciousness. 5D is the target for Earth and all her inhabitants. The archangels have said the entire consciousness of Earth will be a fifth dimensional consciousness by the year 2015.

But although the 5th dimension is the target, the experience of the 4th dimension is essential. We cannot enter 5D directly from 4D. All mental and emotional baggage from the 3rd dimension must be left at the door to the 4th dimension, and we can only enter the 5th dimension after we have become masterful of our thoughts and feelings in the 4th dimension.

Some assembly is required.

So what is the 5th Dimension?

The 5th dimension operates, to a great extent, in a completely differently fashion from the 3rd and 4th dimensions.

Time in 5D is instantaneous time, meaning that everything (all possibilities) occurs in the same place at the same moment. In 5D, you focus your attention and the answer or experience is given to you exactly when and where you focus.

Ask and you shall receive.

In 5D, you don’t have to move or go anywhere for your answers or experiences; everything comes to you easily and effortlessly based upon the attention point and vibration you choose to hold in every moment.

When you are vibrating in 5D consciousness, you don’t create with form as you do in the 3rd and 4th dimensions, you create with light and light patterns and light frequencies. You apply sound and color and geometric shapes. You consciously interact with the Creator and all the Beings of Light.

In this heightened consciousness, the rational mind plays a very minimal role. It returns to a small, specific focus it was intended to have, namely the wellbeing of the physical body.
But before we can move into our vibrational home that is 5D consciousness, we must first become masterful of the vibrations and possibilities of 4D consciousness. This is the focus of the Shift for most people as we head into the ever-accelerating events of 2012.

So how do you become masterful in 4D consciousness?

The Tools of 4D Present Time

As I mentioned, 4D is the 'right now' of 'present time.' But present time actually has four different levels.

In 2010, we all stepped into the third level. As we move 2012, we will step into the fourth, and final, level. In that level, when you think, ‘I would like an apple,’ the apple is going to appear in your hand. Usually when I say that people get very excited. And it is exciting. However … there is a however.

The vast majority of people on this planet are not prepared to be the masters of their every thought, feeling, and action in every moment. But there’s no option. It’s a required, baseline skill of higher 4D and 5D consciousness.

One of the reasons the 3rd dimension was created was to provide a “playground” in which we each can practice and hone the vibration of our thoughts and feelings. To accomplish this, the 3D playground has a time buffer. Instead of ‘instant manifestation’ there is a time lag between the thought we think and the manifestation or experience of that thought. For the most part, we are very sloppy with this buffer.

Instead of focusing on what we want, and allowing this to unfold over time, we spew anger, frustration, boredom, worry, anxiety, blame, guilt, fear - all kinds of lower, disharmonic thoughts and feelings. We behave as if we can think and feel anything with impunity because we do not see the instantaneous results of our thinking.

But no longer. As 3D linear time is collapsing into a single point of present time, the time buffer is collapsing too. We have less opportunity to practice being aware of our mental and emotional habits before what we think is what we get. This is a very big deal.

Fortunately, some simple energy tools can help you manage your thoughts and emotions in every moment so that you can be prepared for the unprecedented opportunity and challenge of living and creating in present time in the higher dimensions.

These basic energy tools are available for free on our website www.masteringalchemy .com but let me explain a few of them here by way of example.

Allow the Shift to clear your unconscious thoughts & feelings

In simple terms, the Shift is using one wave of light frequencies to clear away who we are not, and another wave to remind us who we are. The Shift knows where we’ve stored unwanted, unconscious habits of thought and reactionary emotion, and the light is clearing all this from our vibration.

However, as these lesser thoughts and feelings are cleared, they will come into our awareness, and magnetize people and circumstances to us that mirror these chaotic energies. How do you handle these often-powerful energies when they appear. You allow them. If you can simply observe them with a sense of detachment as they come up – knowing that they are just coming up to be cleared - they will clear quickly, and you won’t even remember what the fuss was all about.

But if you grab hold and engage these chaotic thoughts and feelings, if you insist on feeling guilty or worrying, if you continue to argue that ‘I am not OK’ or ‘They are not OK,’ these energies will not be cleared from your space – and the Shift, as it accelerates ever faster, will become a very bumpy, very ‘not OK’ road for you.

Remember most often what comes up is not even yours; it does not belong to you. Acknowledge it and know that it’s coming up to be cleared… forever. Take a couple of deep breaths, go for a walk, listen to music -- but turn your attention point to something of a higher vibration.

Understanding the Lower and Higher 4th Dimension

To simplify another important aspect of the Shift, let’s imagine that the 4th dimension has just two parts to it – a lower 4th dimension and a higher 4th dimension. (This is not technically true, but it’s a useful distinction.)

As I mentioned, form will remain when 3D disappears. We’ll still experience houses and cars and trees. But fear, judgments, blame and guilt, the rights and the wrongs, will disappear. All this dense emotional energy, which is the only thing that prevents us from playing in the higher dimensions right now, will simply be cleared from our space.

However, depending upon the vibration of the thoughts you are thinking as 3D disappears, you will find yourself in either the lower 4th dimension or the higher 4th dimension.

The lower 4th dimension, which is also called the astral plane or dream space, holds all the thoughts ever thought by anyone in the 3rd dimension.

You see, thoughts don’t just disappear after we think them. They live on in the lower 4th dimension, with specific weight, texture, density and emotional charge. And they bond and cluster with all the other thoughts of similar character.

Some thoughts – such as rape, domination, slavery, war, hatred – feel heavy, dense and dark. Conversely, thoughts such as ‘butterflies,’ ‘children playing in the park,’ and ‘flowers blooming on a warm spring day’ feel light and have a simple, airy vibration. Lighter thoughts like these rarely linger in a 3D consciousness. Because in order to align and feel the vibration of, for example, ‘beauty,’ we must step out of 3D consciousness into present time, a higher 4th dimensional space.

Wait, you say, I know ‘Beauty!’ You do, because we’re now living in both the third and fourth dimensions simultaneously, but how often do you align yourself with, and linger on, the feeling of beauty?

It’s a 4D, present-time skill to take thoughts like ‘light,’ ‘airy’ and ‘beauty’ to heart. These vibrations don’t even exist in the hurry up, past/future of the 3rd dimension where it’s very difficult to pause in present time and smell a flower.

But, on the other hand, have you noticed that heavy, uncomfortable thoughts such as ‘I’m not good enough.’ or ‘They don’t like me.’ or ’I’m never going to succeed.’ tend to linger quite a bit longer in 3D consciousness? This is because thoughts are electric and emotions are magnetic. A set of light, airy vibrations like ‘beauty’ or ‘graciousness’ has a low, soft, electrical charge that is expansive and fluid. Whereas heavier, uglier thoughts come highly charged and wrapped in highly magnetic emotions. These thoughts are not only harder to clear than kind, loving thoughts; they also bond magnetically to all other thoughts like them in the lower 4th dimension.

So much of the magnetic field we walk around in - I’m not OK, You’re not OK - has very little to do with who we really are. It’s just the magnetism of one heavy, unconscious thought attaching itself to the magnetism of similar heavy, unconscious thoughts.

You begin to see why it’s vital to become conscious of the thoughts you think and the emotions you throw into your vibrational mix.

Fortunately, the second wave of the Shift is making this easier and easier. As we let go of the heavier energies of Who We Are Not, the light is rewiring us, stepping us up into a higher 4th dimensional vibration where lesser thoughts and emotions are not such a distraction in our general experience.

We start to live in alignment with the heart, and experience the vibrations and consequences of concepts such as ‘I like me,’ ‘I’m happy,’ ‘I’m pleased with myself.’

The alignment with the heart becomes natural because it already is our natural alignment in the higher fourth, fifth and sixth dimensions.

However, some assembly is required.

Any limitations, judgments, denials, blame, guilt, or resentments that we each still argue for, in one way or the other, become like weights on a hot air balloon. They limit how far we can rise within the fourth dimensional range of vibration.

Each of us is 100 percent in charge of the process. The more weight - lower-vibrational patterns of words, thoughts, and emotions - we remove, the higher we rise into the expansive experience of the higher 4th dimension. Here, it is as if we look past the boundaries and limitations, which were always just a habit of observation in 3D. It’s a wider view, a calmer view, and a quieter view. In the upper 4th dimension, you can choose fear or worry, and drop into the lower 4th dimension… but you won’t.

As you begin to align with the heart, very naturally - ‘I Like Me’ - you’re going to find there’s no reason or compulsion to choose an uncomfortable attention point in the lower 4th dimension. It comes naturally and readily because it is the language and vibration of you’re natural well being - if you let it, and if you focus upon it.

It’s a choice.

As the shift accelerates and time collapses and everything is in the present moment, you could still choose your thoughts and feelings unconsciously, out of 3rd dimensional habit, and you would have the opportunity to live that discomfort immediately and fully in your experience.
Or you can choose your thought and emotion in every moment, with focus and awareness, and live the fullness of that experience.

In other words, it’s to your benefit to practice and integrate the ability to choose the contents of your consciousness right now, before it really counts - and that moment is not very far away.
It’s all up to you.

Until now, the center of your head, the place from where you can choose your thoughts and attention point, has been pre-occupied by the thoughts of others. Your Mom-Dad-Teacher-Minister loved you and had an opinion about the best way for you to live your life, and as their thoughts moved in to your head, “You” moved out.

Now it is time to take back ownership of the center of your head. As you recognize and let go of the unnatural thoughts that say, ‘Oh, I can’t do this’ and ‘I can’t do that’ and ‘I must do this,’ you’re going to find that soon all those thoughts, with their sticky interlocking connections in the lower 4th dimension, disappear.

Just putting your attention in present time on ‘beauty’ and ‘well-being‘, or just being ‘happy’ in a state of ‘ease‘, eliminates the lesser vibrations stored within the lower astral fields of the 4th dimension.

Start by playing with the vibration of what I call Living Words. The Archangels very deliberately and precisely selected these words - words such as Certain, Capable, Commanding, Present, Senior, Graciousness and Happy - so that you can most easily clear all the unconscious vibrations from your space.
'
Choose one word each day and live with it all day, think it and feel it often.

If you practice thinking and feeling these vibrations now, when it doesn’t absolutely count, they will become your habit when it does count.

You begin to gracefully realign with the fullness of “You,” and your natural state of wellbeing lifts you into the higher 4th dimension.

Easy? Kind of.

Simple? Yes.

Does it require awareness and a choice from a present time space? Absolutely.

Can you sit on the sidelines and hope it all turns out? No.

Increased levels of electromagnetic light from the higher dimensions are now flowing within all of us. Many people in the 3rd dimension cannot handle this surge, and they are choosing to step out of their bodies.

And many, many more will follow as the Shift accelerates
You see, everyone is going home to the 4th and then 5th dimensions, but not everyone is going home on the same timeline, and with the same ease and grace.

Was The Bible Channeled ?

Was the Bible channeled originally? How much has it been changed since?

"We are going to answer this question for both the Old Testament and the New Testament because, while they are very different documents with very different histories, parts of both were channeled. And many more parts were added for political or social reasons. In addition, some parts have been translated in a way that retains the magic of the channeling, and in other parts, some of the magic of the channeling has been lost in translation over the years. The Bible in its entirety is a conglomerate that includes some channeled material and includes some political, non-channeled material."

How do stories in the Bible serve humankind?

"There are many ways that the stories in the Bible serve mankind. We will not outline them all here, but discuss some that can be given an Akashic context. The first is that some of the channeled material provides a spiritual tool that is universal -- it applies to everyone. Much of the channeled material in the Bible is similar to material found in other scriptures from various religious traditions. In fact, one way you can know something is channeled is when it directly correlates with scriptures from other religions. (In addition, channeled material is always based in Love and compassion.)

"It is no coincidence that some of the things in the New Testament can also be found in the Qur'an. The same ideas can also be found in the Indian Vedas, and in the writing of philosophers. Great thinkers and spiritual leaders throughout the world have come back to the same ideas because they are fundamentally true and fundamentally useful for human beings. For instance, the idea of loving one another being the ultimate law is fundamental the human code. All of you know somewhere inside yourselves that it is true. You find spiritual reminders of this universal truth when it is written in different social contexts. Those parts of the Bible are incredibly useful. Some of those include much of the Book of Psalms. When you identify those passages that truly speak to a higher love that you feel in your heart, then you can assume that those are channeled.

"The second way that the Bible, serves humankind is that it is an historical document that provides a valuable glimpse into how western culture emerged through the Jewish civilization described in the Old Testament, and the evolution of culture as different communities clashed in the New Testament. More than half of the content in the Bible is based in recording, enacting, and enforcing social rules and hierarchies. These passages are based in power games that occurred historically and that are still played out today. This document brought with it an entirely new paradigm -- a revolution in thought that eventually would evolve into western culture, a force that is now sweeping the world. Understanding where that came from and how it was laid out initially, can help you go back to find what is valuable in your culture and recognize what is no longer serving you.

"A useful exercise with the Bible is to find the passages that are based in love and to find the passages that are based in something other than love -- in judgment, or criticism or in the recounting of lineages. If you contrast and compare those passages, you will find two very different voices. If you hold Love, as a guideline for what is useful in the Bible, you will find that it is easy to distinguish the spiritual guidance from the games of power. Be sure that the Love you use as a lens encompasses all humankind, not just people who are similar to you. When you find that level of Love, you will easily let go of the passages and pages that uphold a power game that is no longer serving you.

"Finally, the third way that the Bible serves humankind is that by dissecting it -- by taking it apart and looking at its different pieces and components -- it is providing you with rich material for deciding who you want to be as a human family moving forward. The arguments you see people having over the Bible – arguments over its legitimacy and interpretation -- those arguments are meant to be happening right now on Planet Earth because they are helping you grow. The arguments are not ultimately about the Bible. The arguments are about power – who has had it in history, and who should have it in the future. (Hint: only a few can have it in your current system – everyone will need to have it in equal measure in the future!)

"The arguments over the Bible are actually about who you are as a human family, and who you wish to become as you evolve forward. They are providing a very fruitful dialogue that is sometimes not productive and sometimes hurtful but, it is always useful because you are deciding what to keep and what to let go of as you move into a new age for humankind."

Does it matter if a story in the Bible is really historical if it is just a metaphor? How can we use the stories in the Bible in our lives?

"The answer is, it matters to historians whether they are historical or not – it does not matter for people who are seeking spiritual guidance in the Bible. Spiritual meaning exists in the present moment. The only place it can reside is where you exist, which is in this moment in time. What matters is the meaning that resonated from that moment back then and how that meaning exists in your life now. When it comes to finding spiritual guidance, what matters is how it informs you and helps you live a more loving present moment in your life.

"With the Bible and with most documents, it is useful for you to read it as myth, because if you get too attached to what is real or not, you lose track of the purpose of reading. The purpose of reading is to find meaning that guides you now. Do not become paralyzed waiting for prophecies that may or may not come to be. For most of you, what matters is your interpretation of the text. What matters is what part of the story stirs something in you, and where you sense your Love can grow through the meaning of the story.

"The meaning in scripture is in the power of collective mythology. Human beings need stories that help you make sense of your own lives and help you find your place in the human family. One day, one story might not be very interesting to you at all. Another day it might interest you greatly based on what you need to learn, what you need to hear. Notice what character in the story you identify with and consider what you can adjust or improve in your life based on that character. It is so important with the Bible, as with all other texts, that you first look for the Love in the story. Look for where you Love is being stirred and follow that. If you do not apply what you read to how you live in the present moment, the text has no meaning.

"It is so important that you trust your own thinking. If something does not ring true to you, if something does not really seem right, you do not need to decide if it is right or not according to anyone else. Decide for yourself. Ask yourself, “When I read this, do I believe it?” If the answer is yes, go ahead and use it. If the answer is no, then let go of that story and find one that resonates for you.

"You will not get in trouble if you reject a story; no one is watching to see whether you believe it or not. You are not being tested by the Bible or any other scripture or text. These are tools for you to use to develop your own sense of authority and your own sense of where the Love and the Light are in your life. As long as you are using them as a tool to make your life better, you are right on track. If you are using scriptural stories as a tool to judge yourself or feel bad about yourself, then they can be destructive. Any text can be destructive. It is important that you look for the mythology, look for the common stories and find the Love and the growth in those. From that place of inner authority and Love, the Bible holds a great deal of wisdom in some parts of it and can be an incredibly useful tool for your enlightenment."

Reaching Outside - That's My Problem...

"The truth of your identity is radiant as the cosmic sun as you live in the center of the truth of All, the heart of Christ, perfect Love made manifest in consciousness and in joyous feeling. When you live like this, alive in My presence as the fish in the ocean, inseparable, breathing Me in and overflowing through your heart with everything that is the truth of all that is divine as it lives as you, here you can stand in the world, free of the duality, the belief in two things.

"You are free of the constant enticement of the ego mind to move you, beloved ones, off of your center, to make you reach into the world for what you need. In that moment you become duality. In that moment of reaching outside of you for whatever it is, for your abundance, for your power, for your Love… In that moment, the belief in the separation from Me and from the truth of who you are is more valid to you than the fact of your inheritance as the heart of God, as the Moment of Creation, held in consciousness and made manifest as the movement of Love."

For those of you who don't know, I've been hard at work (hard at play, actually) creating a music and art studio/lounge in Phoenixville, Pennsylvania. It's called Sunstone Studios and Lighthouse Lounge (click here to visit our Facebook page), and it's officially open. And now that it is, I can gradually re-incorporate some of the endeavors I had put on hold.

So I'm back on Blue Monkey Island, and since I'm feeling a bit "rapturous" these days, I thought I'd share a passage I came across recently regarding the "Rapture".

As with all material I post on this blog, you are responsible for your own interpretation of these thoughts and ideas. These are not necessarily my thoughts, though I am posting them becuase I find them stimulating or insightful in one way or another.

"Can you tell us more about the Rapture, as understood by some modern Christians? Will it happen? If so, when will the bodies of believers be in the Rapture?"

"What people have called the rapture in certain religions will not occur as a single, massive event. Instead, it is occurring to each of you individually, one by one. This is part of the process of Enlightenment and it is something that has been happening to people throughout history, but very rarely. One of the reasons that some religions have identified the idea of a singular event for the rapture is that as humans, you have picked up on a fact that rapture, or Enlightenment, is happening on a more widespread basis more often now than it ever was before. It is becoming more available to all of you.

"Here is what happens. What you call a rapture experience for an individual is the thing that occurs when you as an individual remember so completely who you really are. Remember so consciously that you indeed are just energy, just light, just spirit that it is no longer possible for you to retain your energy within your human body and you leave your human body. One of the phrases the Keepers use, or Jen uses as a channel for the Keepers is to say that you twinkle out. It is like if matter and energy are interchangeable, which indeed they are, then it actually takes a great deal of effort for your soul to hold all that energy in physical form. When you really truly remember who you are, not just as an idea, not just as a thought, but as a true remembering, yourselves immediately shift back into light and you are no longer in your body. You no longer exist as a human being.

"Of course when this happens, you will no longer be living the human life that you are living now. It is an oversimplification to say that this will be a single event that occurs to all of you, based on some external authority like God or some other divine being who will decide for you when it happens. It will decide for you how it happens or to whom it happens. Actually this is completely driven by you as an individual soul and is not driven by your conscious mind. Your higher self drives it, which is the true you, who can see everything about your journey, knows exactly what is right for you and exactly when. As a human being, consciously, there is nothing for you to wait for actually. Nothing is going to happen to you. You will, in your own time, when it is perfectly right for you, remember who you truly are and shift into light.

"Until that happens, it does not really serve you to try and it certainly does not serve you to try to determine who will be “raptured” and who will not. For in fact, this really has nothing to do with religion. It has to do with who you are on your individual path on your individual journey. As long as you still have something to gain from living your human life, you will stay here. This is true about the choice your soul is making about whether to be raptured or whether to go through a normal human death. This rapture, or twinkling, is no easier or better than going through death. It is just a very different process. Death gives you a process. It gives you a journey to move from your human self back to your higher self. Twinkling, or the rapture, eliminates that process and simply allows you to simply switch in a single moment.

"From the prospective of the Keepers, or any of the higher beings, there is no good or bad, there is no judgment on whether you are good if you go through a rapture or not. There is just no weight or gravity here. People who think about the idea of the rapture through their religions, part of what happens is those religious institutions lead you to see this process as being a reflection of whether you are being good or bad. Each of you who are working with the idea of the rapture, you assign a great deal of heaviness to the idea of the rapture. For in your heart, you have been led to believe that your goodness, your own divinity, your own worthiness, relies on whether you go through a rapture or not.

"As long as you still have a question about your own goodness, as long as you still feel as if there is something wrong with you, as if you were something other than light or love, as long as you feel that, then you still have a good reason to be here on Planet Earth living a conscious, human life because much of human life is set up for you to forget who you really are -- to forget that you are truly good through and through. Then to go through a long, slow process of healing, otherwise known as remembering who you really are, coming to realize that everything is light. Everything is love. That you are made of light and love and that it is inherently antithetical to who you are to act out of any motivation other than love. As long as you are still working to remember that, you will not go through the rapture. You will stay here working on that. That is what you came here for."

Simply BE Divine

"We would like to talk this month about self acceptance for all your traits and perceived flaws. Each of you is a spark of Divine Creation. It is impossible for you to be anything short of perfection. But as you enter into a dimension of duality, you forget your perfection in order to experience something wholly different, to experience separation and imperfection. You enjoy the illusion of the game and you have experienced all versions of the game in infinite ways.

"Now the time has come to once again perceive that perfection, to know all flaws and faults are but illusions, all wrong doings are but agreements with friends to don a role for play and exploration. Forgiveness is not something that is to be sought, but rather a shifting of awareness to the divine state of all things.

"This is the time for “self forgiveness” or rather to view your own divine nature and your connection to The Divine (or Source if that is a more comfortable term for you.) These coming days will be filled with changes and new vibrational selections, and as each memory of past or future regrets surface or judgments of self arise, bring your focus back to your divine self, to this moment and your experience of reality. That truly is all that is needed to generate expanded awareness and a complete acceptance. Each re-focusing back to the divine self will allow you to become more of the expanded being that you are. So for those of you who seek to increase your vibration, or ascend as you say, there is nothing to fix or to release or to unblock. Simply BE divine."

Poetry in Emotion

"As the spiritual seeker becomes more mature, each experience is another opportunity to work with a surface emotion and to refine or purify that emotion by offering it up as a spontaneous and pure feeling, without judgment, without asking the self to be one who feels only the positive emotions. Each emotion starts out, in the immature entity, as that which is confused and chaotic and has a high degree of static or noise as opposed to signal. Consequently, as a spiritual seeker, each time an emotion arises you are working to feel it without shrinking from it or reaching towards it, the goal being not to do anything with the emotion except to allow it to sink into the consciousness of the present moment.

"As you give respect and honor to surface emotions you allow them the spaciousness to begin to filter down past the first levels of impulsivity and self-judgment. And as you allow yourself the space and the time for this emotion to tell its story to you, you are sinking into the roots of your own consciousness and beginning to be able to feel each emotion as a more distinct, pure and clarified color, shall we say."

I'm feeling impulsive today, so much so that I am actually typing something brand new and posting it on this here blog. This is something I haven't done for a few years now, and it feels slightly unfamiliar.

You see, for the past two years I have been posting quotes and passages from other sources. Primarily because I had ceased to feel any sort of inspiration to write. Perhaps I had written myself into a corner, but I most definitely had nothing more to say.

And now I find myself, on this first day of March, in the year 2010, following an unforseen impulse to write something. Anything. Nothing in particular.

Is this the start of a new phase for me? Have I spiraled around to another turn as "Don the writer" ? Perhaps... perhaps...

I sent a letter to Jim Carrey last week. Why? Well, primarily because I've thought all along that he would play the title role in the big screen version of THE DAY HARRY SUED GOD.

And as a watched him speak, it confirmed my suspicion that he's the man.

I'm enjoying the friendly little battle between my rational (doubting) mind which says: "This is silly, it'll never happen, what a waste of a perfectly good postage stamp, not to mention the envelope, paper, and ink" and my heart, which say "Yes, indeed, this sounds like a wonderful experience, let's do it!"

I now know for sure that I have accomplished and progressed, because my heart is winning this battle (which really isn't a battle, but more of a game of Twister).

Yes, my heart has won, and there is a letter on its way to Jim, or to a mailbag that Jim may never open, and fortunately for me I can honestly say that it matters not whether Jim reads the letter, because he and I are sitting off in the other realms somewhere at this very moment laughing and making fun of one another and reminiscing about that time Don sent Jim that letter, and wasted that postage stamp, and wrote all about it on his blog...

I Shall Not Want

What is Barack Obama's karmic role in leading the U.S. at this time?

Barack Obama's karmic contract is to be a leader for the world, not just a leader for the U.S. His legal contract is to lead the U.S, but his karmic contract is to be a leader for the world. His karmic contract is to be a catalyst for enlightening change in the world. A catalyst is a substance or an object that facilitates change. It does not make the change occur – instead, it initiates and enhances a process and that is precisely what his role is to be. In fact, his contract to be a catalyst for a certain process has already been accomplished. His initial contract was fulfilled during and just after his election campaign. The changes he was meant to facilitate occurred in the hearts and minds of people across the world.

With his initial karmic contract fulfilled, he is now working to support the changes that are only possible if they are created and upheld by the citizens of the world. A catalyst is a substance that causes or accelerates a chemical reaction, or a person that inspires an event or change to take place. A catalyst can signal a process to begin and it can enhance or speed up a process that is already underway. Barack Obama is doing both. He helped initiate a process and he is also helping to enhance or make more efficient a process that is already under way. The process is human empowerment, which is both a result of and the driving force for healing of the human family.

Barack Obama is not the only catalyst and he is not the only leader involved in this work. There are many other world leaders, both official and non-official, who do this work. The catalyst that he provides is unique. This role can be seen most clearly in what was fulfilled during his election campaign, where most of his karmic contract was fulfilled. The speeches that he gave and the particular way that he ran his campaign catalyzed a process inside millions of people across the world. The messages and actions that took place during his campaign initiated and activated a process within millions of individuals, and a process across many societies, by which human beings are becoming empowered enough to dismantle oppressive forces and create more light and love, effectually making the world a better place. (As you might imagine, this is the dramatically short version.)

In a sense, Barack Obama’s karmic contract was to be a catalyst for hope. Hope only works in the individuals who choose to carry it or act on it. The effects of his catalytic process were most outwardly apparent in the ways that people were activated to vote or to make changes in their communities. But the greatest actual effects occurred within people’s minds and hearts. The massive shift toward hope and empowerment cannot be measured but rest assured, the world is a more peaceful place and more people have moved forward in enlightenment based on the role he has played. Now, the work and the way forward are yours to determine.

Once Barack Obama entered the presidency, his role as a catalyst has been somewhat diminished because people have a tendency to cease their own empowerment when they turn to a powerful leader. This occurs because people, through the dynamics of oppression, have learned to turn their own authority over to their leaders. People in nearly every culture on the planet have learned to wait for their leaders to take decisive action, and in waiting each individual forfeits their own power to affect change.

Citizens in the U.S. have exhibited a tendency to imagine that once Barack Obama was in an official leadership position that he would take care of things. When you wait for your leaders to instruct you, or you sit back and blame others for their missteps, you lose track of your own power, and it becomes easy to lose faith in your own ability to create positive change in the world around you.

Remember that all of you have been oppressed in one way or another. It is not your fault that you have been oppressed, but it is your responsibility to actively choose to reassign your personal authority to yourself, to re-determine and revitalize yourselves to make positive changes in the world around you. This reclaiming of your personal power, and it’s collective potential, ultimately is the process that Barack Obama was meant to catalyze. His calling is to inspire all the citizens in the world into action. He will not make the world a better place through his actions; instead, he inspires all of you to make the world a better place.

As long as each of you is taking responsibility and doing what you can to improve the world within your sphere of influence, then you are using him positively as a catalyst. If people do not use his leadership role to further inspire and empower themselves into action, then the usefulness of his role will expire. It will no longer be useful for him to be in the role of a world leader officially if the role of catalyst is not being fulfilled. It is vitally important that all of you continue to remember that he is not here to make change, he is here to inspire you to make change. That is the role he came here to perform, that is the karmic contract that he signed up for. Most of this has been accomplished on his end of the contract. Of course as a president he has legal and societal contracts to fulfill, but outcome of his karmic contract now depends upon you.

How will the changes happening in Ascension and Enlightenment relate to the next elections in the United States?

The next major elections in the United States occur in November of 2010, 2011, and 2012. The changes that are occurring through Enlightenment and Ascension are creating societal instability. More of you have come to recognize that you want to make positive changes in your lives, and that you actually have the ability to make those changes. This realization comes as you are no longer willing to buy into or put up with societal oppression; either oppression of yourself or of those around you. As you make these shifts inwardly, you create a dramatic shift in the fabric of society.

Ultimately the shift is toward a new, more stable system. But instability is a hallmark of change. You have to unravel the current system in order to make space for the new system to be built. If you think of the two political parties in the U.S. as being on two sides of a pendulum, each election swings the balance of power toward one side or the other. As you move toward a system change, the swinging of the pendulum becomes stronger and more erratic. Eventually, the pendulum will break free, so to speak. It will no longer serve you to have a political system based on duality. In the meantime, you will continue to see the balance of power shift more drastically with each election. No one side will triumph eventually. Instead, in the coming decades, you will revise the entire system.

For the next few years, you will continue to see a bigger, stronger, more rapid and more dramatic swing when the power shifts to the other party. It appears that there is an increase in polarization in U.S. politics, when in fact the thing that is actually changing is that within most of you that polarization is diminishing. Fewer of you are willing to gives yourselves over completely to one side or the other, and therefore you are creating change; you are creating a shift.

The first result of the shift is the increase in the pendulum swing. But then the pendulum, when it comes back to center, will come back to a more stable center, for far more of you are finding residence in what you call a political middle ground. The political middle ground is simply the space where people tend to turn to their own authority, to rely on their own thinking and intuition to make decisions rather than turning to a pre-set paradigm, a particular leader, or habits or behaviors that are dictated by institutions.

You are seeing an unraveling occur. This has been happening for 30 years; it will likely happen for another ten or twenty. What you are likely to see in the next few elections is a further swinging of the pendulum. In the past you may have seen one party stay in power for eight or ten years at a time, you are now going to find that parties tend to stay in power two or three years at a time.

The shifts will increase. They will appear more dramatic and then suddenly, at some point in the next ten years or so, you will find the swings become greatly diminished. It is not a guarantee, but right now that is the outlook for U.S. elections. This dynamic is occurring before stability is occurring across the world in all different government systems, in all different political dynamics. You can apply that dynamic to every other government and political system. All across the world, the change of Enlightenment is occurring and therefore as people are waking up, they are less willing to hold the current institutions of power and oppressive institutions in place. You are going to continue to see more unraveling and more dramatic swings in political power.

In some parts of the world this will continue for another fifty or sixty years. Ultimately your governments and political systems will need to revise themselves according to how much their citizens have empowered themselves as individuals.

And it all begins with each one of you. The choices you make and the power you develop in your own life has a massive impact on the potential for collective Enlightenment. The journey of a thousand miles truly does begin with a single step, and all of you began taking those steps long ago. As each of you moves through Enlightenment, you make a radical difference in the potential outcome for your government and political systems. Your life and your power matters more than you imagine! "The second principle is simply allowing all others to be whatever they choose to be. Whether you agree with it or not. You will find great peace and joy, friends, in simply following your own bliss, and ignoring what others are doing.

Like A Prayer Machine

"The fact about prayer is that any time you are in a state of joy and self-love, you are in the state of prayer. You are a living, walking, breathing prayer. That is a reason some people, when they walk in the room, everything suddenly feels better, lighter, more joyful. Because the person carries with her or him that resonance of prayer -- of love and light. The only way they can do this is by having come to terms with themselves, come to accept themselves and love themselves enough that they are able to transmit love all around them. The best thing you can do with your prayer or meditation practice is continue to find the insights you need to understand where you judge yourself, where you let yourself down, where you are critical of yourself and to continually let those things go. Instead choosing all of the different states or ways of being, that facilitate your sense of love, forgiveness for your mistakes, joy in everything that you do. That is a state of prayer and ultimately you are like a prayer machine. Your natural state is to be in that state of prayer. It may feel like you are fighting an uphill battle, you are actually moving back toward your natural state. Let it be easy. The Collapse Of The Third Dimension

"The healing and release work you do for yourself extends to all of humanity and releases the fear polarity that is the dominant aspect of the third dimensional path. As the earth moves through ascension, as it is doing now, the third dimension is collapsing and its energy is being replaced by higher vibrations that do not contain the energetic connections to fear and chaos. While this is happening on the earth level, it is also happening in each of you and as you release your own connections to fear and chaos, you are collapsing your third dimensional reality.

"Each dimensional shift replaces the previous one that held the prevailing energy. For the third, the prevailing energy is fear and ascension replaces that with unconditional love. As the dimension collapses the individual results will be seen in the flow of energy in each reality. Any fear-based manifestation will begin to collapse as the connections to it are removed. Every thought or belief that is released or healed removes a connection and collapses its third dimensional aspect, replacing it with a higher vibration.

"This collapse can appear to be fearful or it can be a joyful experience, depending on your willingness to embrace this powerful transformation. Humanity has little experience of dimensions beyond the third, except for some memory of Home, and they are not able to see as an opportunity to step into their own mastery and divinity. As the third dimension collapses it also release anything that is based in this energy, which includes all structures on the emotional, physical and intellectual planes that are connected to it. This can feel like the 'end of the world' but it is simply the result of the replacement of one dimensional level with another.

"Humanity agreed that this would be their ascension path and it is being accomplished according to the divine plan. The end of the third dimension is the end of fear, the release of the veil that separates humanity from higher planes of being and allows the creation of the spiritual human. This is a time to celebrate, to remember the promise of the ascension path and the release of the limitations that you have accepted as part of life but which are contrary to your truth. Celebrate this as confirmation of your progress and be willing to receive the blessings of the new world paradigm that has been prepared for you and awaits your presence."

Some Thoughts on 2010

"Now, what about 2010? We stated earlier that this is a pivotal year, and that is so. There is nothing carved in stone here, but there are some general trends to observe. We state again (we can’t say this too frequently, especially just now) that YOU incarnated in this body at this time in this place for a reason, and that reason has a lot to do with creating and supporting these changes.

"Others are grateful to you. Your entire life isn’t only about serving a higher purpose, of course, but the majority of you reading this incarnated at this time so that you’d be among friends with the same idea. Turn to your right and your left and say hello to your neighbor. The people you pass on the street. The people in line at the cashier at the grocer. The people in the long snaking lines of cars moving slowly across endless highways. These are the people who also chose to be here now. You are effortlessly connected to one another in this way.

Global Changes

"2010 is pivotal because much change will be evident this year. Not the far-reaching long-term things we mentioned earlier, although those will be a part of the overall change, but you can expect the following:

"Lots of people will be losing loved ones this year, people of all ages who are choosing to transition out of life as a way of “opting out” of some of the other changes taking place. Making room for the new. There will be collective grief over this unusual amount of transition, but at the same time there will be joy – the summer bloom turns to dried autumn foliage and then to bare winter earth, returning once again in spring to a new green shoot and a sense of promise. This kind of deep change affects people on so many levels.

"Political instability or a sense of insecurity, and sometimes a seeming lack of direction. This will be evident in many areas including the U.S, Canada, some countries in South America, and Japan, among others. The balance is beginning to discernibly shift away from old powers to other parts of the globe and this will be even more evident this year. Look for increased positive attention on several unexpected political models that show the shape of things to come: Bangladesh, Bolivia, Chile, Cuba, Finland, Guyana, Honduras, Iceland, Laos, Malta, Netherlands, Sri Lanka, and Uruguay.

"A shift by governments that use stealth and covert activity toward more overt blame. Incidents could be strategically created in an effort to maintain a sense of control over what is feared by those governments to be a losing battle in the eventual shift of power mentioned above. This could result this year or soon in a possible military takeover of a major western government. This would not likely be obvious from the outside, even to the inhabitants of that country, and would likely be presented as a need to protect citizens. We could repeat now that this would be, overall, an interim measure and that further change toward a more gentle way of being will be evident sooner than later.

Personal Transformation

"We realize that some of what we see as potential for 2010 on a global level can seem frightening from your present perspective. There is, however, balance in this process of change. Nothing happens without regard to the overall eventual result on a collective basis – not even the most minute, personal event is overlooked. But real and lasting change occurs from deep inside, which does often result in discomfort for a time. On a personal level for most people this year, change is present in profound and uplifting ways:

"By mid-year, a sense of peace and elation settles over the world, affecting a good many people and allowing most of you to fall into the “flow” of your life. This involves really manifesting what it is you are here doing – in other words, a life purpose or life task. By mid-year, then, a good many of you will feel purposeful and peaceful.

"Meditation practices deepen. More people connect with “old-world” ways: herbal lore, shamanism, flower essences, work with gems and minerals, animal wisdom, etc. More people begin feeling tapped into personal intuition or spiritual guides. This is an excellent time to deepen your practice or to begin one, especially by mid-March or so.

Though more people will be without homes, those who don’t choose to exit this year will find the care they need. Perhaps in your back yard, or from your open hand.

"By year-end, then, most of you will be in a vastly different place on a personal level. To support your inner process, which in turn supports your ability to take in what’s going on in the world around you, we can suggest:

"Find something that matters to you. Whether it’s a particular tree on your walk or a special person or a cause, there is something that really matters to you. Figure out what it is this year and give it love.

"Observe the world around you. Whether it’s cars and concrete or it’s blooming cherry trees or tall pines, there is a beautiful world around you. Treat yourself every day with a few minutes simply observing what you see, without judging the merits of the scene. You’ll find yourself, after time, feeling compassion for that world around you.

"Deepen your practice — or begin one — of connecting to your own higher wisdom. There are many avenues for this, including scrying, channeling, or simply listening for that deep inner voice inside you. Find a teacher to assist you if you feel guided to do so.

"The most helpful thing you can do for your planet is to stay — as best you can — connected to yourself and that which surrounds you.

"It’s a wonderful year ahead, wonderful and tragic and beautiful and human. Make it yours, this year. You are here because you chose to be here."

"Doubt is pretty much part of the human condition. It is just another one of those little monsters that you just don't give any attention to. Nobody has gone through this physical reality without having doubt. Like when I sat down here this morning, I didn't have a clue as to what I was going to do or say. I don't know what I am going to do until I sit down and do it. We all go through this when you live from the heart. You simply have to get out of the way, and let your heart speak. So you might feel a little uncomfortable about new things in the first few minutes, but it goes away, because you are not feeding that monster any more. It starves it to death. You could feed the monster, and say "I am afraid so I am not going to do it". Then what that does is it just starts snowballing into bigger and bigger fears and into more and more limitations. Then you find yourself way over here somewhere, where you didn't want to be at all. We have all done this collectively on a big level in the world. We are all now working to pull ourselves back into the place that we know we came here to be."

Is There A Jesus In The House?

Question: Can you speak to the nature of Christ energy or Christ consciousness? Who is Christ and how does this Being relate to the evolution of humankind and the earth?

Answer: Christ is a distinct energetic entity. It is a consciousness. You can envision Christ energy or Christ consciousness as a collection of many Divine Beings whose primary purpose is the Light of Compassion. The group is immense. In fact, it includes many human beings who are alive on the planet now! The Keepers have discussed the journey of humankind -- the journey that you have taken to separate or create an illusion of separation between the different parts of yourselves, including your bodies, your minds, your hearts and your spirits. You imagine yourselves to be composed of these components rather than knowing yourselves as whole.

The journey toward that illusion of separation has been long and different civilizations and different beings have helped you create that illusion. They helped build the separations between your mind and you body (that is what helped make human beings physical in the first place), between your minds and your hearts, between your hearts and your bodies, and so on. All of these different components of you have been separated through the efforts of different civilizations and individual beings, including Divine Beings and humans.

The Beings you know today to be spiritual masters or teachers are those who have lived to serve as reminders that you are whole. Each of these different leaders or teachers has given particular messages or brought a particular residence to help reweave or remind you that it is possible to reweave you back to wholeness. In a simple way, we could say that all of those teachers and leaders have existed to remind you of who you truly are: Your higher selves, your Divine Selves. Ultimately what that means is that all of you are made of Love.

Christ consciousness has a particular resonance in regard to all of this. Christ consciousness resides in the connection between your heart and your spirit. Christ consciousness resonates in the imagined space between your heart and your spirit. When Christ consciousness resonates there, your heart and your spirit become realigned and they become one. Christ consciousness is something that all of you have available and many of you are actually expressions of Christ consciousness. You are part of the group energy that is Christ consciousness or that holds it in this world. Many of you feel drawn to Christ consciousness because it is like home to you. Many others of you feel drawn to it because you know you need it. It does not have to come through Christianity. That is just the social structure that human beings put around it. Of course, like any social structure, it has warped the true energy of Christ consciousness; it has created all kinds of drama or power differentials or all of kinds of oppression. Any social institution has those components so in order to connect with Christ consciousness, there is no need to associate with any particular religion but you can find Christ consciousness through any particular religion. Christ consciousness is a birthright of every human being. It is simply the connection between your heart and your spirit.

Question: Who is Christ in relation to the person, Jesus? Has Christ energy been incarnated on earth before?

Answer: The human being, Jesus Christ, who lived roughly two thousand years ago, was an expression of Christ consciousness. That human being was both an individual human soul and at the same time that human being was occupied by the group energy that is Christ consciousness. Take a moment to consider how both are possible when you look at it from outside the third dimension. In a sense, that soul, that being who chose to live as Jesus Christ, chose to live as a channel for a larger energy rather than as an individual ego. He was a channel for Christ consciousness. In a sense you could say he was an individual soul but at the same time, the way he existed in this world was as a group-energy so that many of you may feel a close association without lifetime because many of you were there in spirit as part of that group collective energy. That is the relationship.

Christ consciousness has incarnated many other times on Planet Earth, never in such a distinct way - there is a reason that human being caused such a stir in your history. He operated as a portal of Christ consciousness and infused the earth with it. When you get a big infusion of divine energy, often the first thing that people do is to immediately see all the shadows that they could not see before. It is like shining a light in a dark cave – the first thing you see are the shadows created.

When Christ consciousness arrived in the form of a person, people immediately began to deal with all of the things that were holding them back. This caused the societies affected by Christ to step into an even darker age than you had ever seen before based on that Christ consciousness having come. Just as when you turn on the lights in a room that was previously dark, you can suddenly see the dirt and the mess and the shadows that you could not see when you were in the dark. Humanity had a lot of healing to do after that channel of Christ consciousness was brought in through that single human lifetime.

There has not been another lifetime lived by a person that brought Christ consciousness in that same way in such a widely-known manner. It was only needed once and it was needed at that particular time to bring your darkness into a new age. You do not have the same darkness now and you do not have the same need. Instead, Christ consciousness appears and many people give themselves over to Christ consciousness for parts of their lives or most of their lives. Mother Teresa is one of them. There are many, many others. The Dalai Lama is one of them. See how it is not bound to religion? Gandhi is one of them. They are all part of Christ consciousness. In addition, there are untold millions of people who also have been expressions of Christ consciousness in their lifetimes.

Some readers might recognize this in yourselves. If you feel that you are part of Christ consciousness, then you can know that you came here to help all of humanity. But you must first and foremost realign your own heart with your own spirit, then to help everybody else to do the same. The way that is done, the only way that is done, is through love. The only way it is done is by developing, establishing and developing a capacity for unconditional love and then exerting that capacity or offering that love in every circumstance you possibly can, in every way you can possibly come up with. You came here to love. It sounds quite lovely but it can actually lead to quite a difficult and painful life because you will be particularly sensitive to the times when Love is blocked or thrown away. Your calling is to continually draw back to and foster your capacity for unconditional Love and share it every way that you can.

It's NOT The Economy, Stupid!

"There is a concept that is being widely accepted among those in your grouping of shared belief system that says that the year 2012 is going to be a momentous year, and you should get your ducks in order right now while you still have time before 2012 gets here.

"And you have been wondering, "What more can I do? How can I get my ducks in order when I don't even know where my ducks are? Or how many I might have?" So you do a lot of the mental gymnastics about the year 2012.

"Now, there is a thread of truth that runs through this prophecy, because the year 2012 is going to be an advantageous year, but it is not going to be the end of everything. It is going to be part of the process that you are already in, and there will be an extended time from the year 2012 for what you call another five decades after that of a "knowing" that is being already built: the remembrance of your own divinity, of your own power, of where you have come from and why you have come.

"It has all been in process, and the year 2012 is going to be an advantageous year, because many who are in this grouping of belief system are going to be expecting it, and that which you expect has power, power to manifest.

"It is not going to be cataclysmic to the point where it is going to be the end of our holy Mother Earth. It is not going to be the end of this reality. It is going to be an evolutionary process that goes forward and will extend for a good period of time as it grows and evolves upon itself.

"You have already set the building blocks in place, and you are going to keep on building. What you will see is a growing awareness within yourself, because you have prayed for this, you have asked for this, you have been preparing for this. There is going to be a growing awareness with the friends and co-workers, and ones who will not even use the same terminology that you use, of their purpose. Many have wondered and are wondering why they are here. They also wonder why they struggle. They wonder, "Am I just here for a short period of time, and is that all there is? Is there just one lifetime?" as is so often put forward in your religious/philosophical threads of thinking: that there is just one lifetime and that there cannot be the reincarnation, the remaking of realities.

"So they are questioning, "How do I make the most of this one lifetime?" To introduce to them an idea that perhaps life is ongoing is a bit of an evolutionary leap for them, and yet they are asking to know this. And you are coming into your own power of remembering that you have been here many, many times and that you have choice always whether to return to this reality or any other reality on holy Mother Earth or to go to another constellation or galaxy to adventure in other forms and other ways.

"As you remember that you have choice, you begin to feel in the heart the expansion of divinity that is you. After the time period that you call 2012, there is going to be yet a progression of challenges for humankind, but there is also going to be a progression of understanding that the challenges are not so much negative as they are gifts.

"It will be a process which will build exponentially upon itself, very much the same as the seed that opens up and comes up through the ground, and then the plant reaches out and will extend a leaf and then another leaf and then another leaf and then a flower and then the fruit.

"You are going to be part of it, because you are adding your energy to it. You are going to understand what is going on at a very deep level, and at the same time you are going to be taking part in what seems to be the world level but from a different perspective.

"You have this human lifetime so that you could be part of an awakening. There is a cycle, an evolutionary cycle from a place that remembers its divinity, knows that it is creating, into the place where it identifies with whatever is being created and identifies with that creation to the place where it is forgotten, temporarily, who is doing the creating, and then there is the process where you are now: of awakening to realizing, "I am the one who is creating," and then the realization that, "If I am creating, I can change whatever I see happening."

"And how do you change that? You change it by changing your perception. You have the power at any moment to change your perception of what is going on. No one else can change your perception except you. You have great power, because you can change it. No one can take that from you. You are the one who holds the power of perception and of belief, and that is why, when you come to the year of 2012, there is going to be a gathering, a celebration if you will, that you are already planning at a deep level.

"The year 2012 is going to be an advantageous year, but it is not going to be the ending of everything. It is going to be part of the ongoing process of the evolution of awakening. The cycle itself is going to extend past that date.

"Every concept that is given to you, every prophecy, every message carries a thread of truth with it. It depends on how you perceive that truth. And I am saying to you, why would you not want to perceive it as good? You have done the suffering already. You have been there, done that. I have been there, done a bit of it, finished with it, completed - as you can be and as you are: complete.

"Dream big dreams. Go for it. Allow the dream in the heart to be big, and then allow the mind to figure out how to do it in the world. Do not worry about all of the small details. The mind is going to take care of that. The mind is going to chew on all of the details like a dog chews on a bone.

"The mind will be very busy as it comes up with the suggestions as to how to do the big dream of the heart.

"Take a moment now. Take a deep breath, and ask yourself, "What is my dream? If I could have, if I could do, if I could be anything that I want to be or do or have, what would it be? What would I do? Who would I be? How would I be? What is my dream?"

"Allow that feeling to stay with you. This evening when you put the head upon the pillow go back to that feeling of, "What do I want in my life? How do I want it to be? How do I want to be in my life? What is my greatest desire?" Then live from that space as if it could be true, because it can.

"You are the one who can make it happen."

The "Gift" Of Cancer

“What Is My Cancer Telling Me?”

"When you are feeling Stigmatized, you really believe that you are worthy of reproach, rejection, and isolation by others. You want to be loved, but you believe that there is something wrong with you, or that you have done something that merits this treatment from others.

"But when you are feeling Indignant, you become angry about it. You become stubborn and demanding because others have not loved you in the way that you expected.

"When you are Indignant, you demand the attention of others. You expect attention as tribute for the suffering and isolation that you have had to endure during your life. It’s not that you are feeling particularly loving or affectionate toward others. Instead, you are seeking retribution. It’s a way to punish them (and the world) for not loving you, in the way that you would have liked when you were younger.

"Your cancer is a way for your ego to play the roles of Stigmatized and Indignant at the same time. Here is how it works…

"By using this cancer to feel defective and marginalized by others (a feeling that you have often had), you now have the perfect reason to accept this condition as your reality. Your ego has gone beyond rationalizing its misbeliefs about your identity, and has given you the “gift of cancer” as a way to demonstrate and finally prove to you that you ARE in fact, Stigmatized.

"Your ego has also given you the “gift of cancer” as a way to get the attention and sympathy from others that you have always wanted to feel – and that Indignant demands from the world for having been ignored so long. “How can they neglect you now, when the cause of your misery is so apparent?” This is what your ego is telling you now, when it plays the role of Indignant.

"Your ego is trying to satisfy both of these erroneous beliefs about yourself at the same time. But it is a game.

"Your cancer is a symbol to yourself, and to the world, that you feel stigmatized, but that you also deserve love and attention because of it. It is the perfect way to get it… or is it? Will people finally love and support you because of your illness, or will they further shun you because of the fear they have around the stigma of your cancer?

"And if they get too close to you with their love and support, or by telling you how you ought to deal with this challenging situation, will you push them away indignantly as punishment for your past grievances? Or will you let them be there for you, just as they are?

"This insane solution that your ego has found – to let you believe that you are Stigmatized, Indignant, and loved, all at the same time – may actually be backfiring now. Isn’t it time to expose this game for what it is; drop it, and move on?

"Why not focus, instead, on the Truth? “You are a Child of God, and God also. This IS the Truth About You.” Believe this, and watch your life change."

"My dear, the life that your Creator has envisioned for you is a different one. You are meant to live a life of joy, happiness, and bliss. Even now, the mention of it may seem unreal to you.

"Yes, you are meant to live a life that is free from pain, fear, and suffering.

"Now, how do you claim that life? How do you claim the life that your Creator had in mind for you when you came to Earth?

"Well, dear friend. It is quite simple. And yet, you believe it requires too much from you. Yes, you still believe the voice of the ego that constantly rationalizes your circumstances to you. You believe it, when it tells you that too much is required of you. That you have to look at yourself and figure out too many complicated things.

"But the truth is that nothing is required of you. Nothing, other than letting go.

"So, it all comes down to who is making the decisions here. Who is taking charge of your life? Are you going to let your ego sacrifice your body and your life for the sake of conflicting beliefs about who you are? Or are you going to take charge here? Are you going to take charge of your Inner Life and purge all that is false about you, so that only the Truth remains? Are you willing to let the falseness go, in order to live with the Truth?

"Yes, you can truly let go of the pain, fear, and suffering that your ego has used to keep you imprisoned with false identities for so long.

"But how do you do that?

"First, you should understand that you are destined for a life of joy. It is God's Will for you. Even for you! Yes.

"Then, you are invited to look at the role-playing game that your ego has created for you. Look at these roles. Name them. Expose them. And anytime feeling Indignant or Stigmatized appears to be your only choice... choose again. Reach even deeper, and find out what is there beyond this belief in suffering. When you do, you will find that peace is there. And you will find an ocean of love. Yes, an ocean of great, all encompassing love. This is God's Love. It is God's Love for you, too.

"It is there for you to touch, to feel, and to invite back into your life. Accept it, dear friend. And then, make it happen. Bring that Love into your life, and make it your daily companion. Let it be your guide in life. You deserve it. You deserve it deeply.

"Feel the waves of God’s Love washing over you now, cleansing this cancer from your body and correcting the lies and misperceptions about you that have poisoned your mind.

"Know that as you heal your mind, you will take an important step in treating the physical condition of your cancer. It is not the only step that you will take. But it is essential. It will put you back in charge of your Inner Life. And from this place of Inner Truth, your physical health will have the greatest potential for improvement.

"You are deeply loved, my dearest.

Say "Yes" To Life

"You are here on earth to express the freedom and magic of the spiritual realms you come from. You are here to bring it into form and matter and make it available for experience to both yourself and others. Yes, you are carriers of light, where light stands for freedom, ease and joy. And you have been on earth before, with the same desire and impetus to kindle the light of creation here and spread joy and insight. Allow yourself to feel it again. Know who you are. You need not be or do anything special here, you don’t have to achieve anything except to remember who you are and allow joy to fill you again. That is your job: to get back to your original state of wonder and joy amidst energies which seem to point in a wholly different direction.

"You have been put under pressure. The reality of earth, the way people think, the beliefs of society can weigh heavily on you and soak you in forgetfulness for a while. Remember, you are divinity in the flesh. Light is pouring through you right now, through your hands, through your eyes, feel it. It has never left you, but all of you have been told at some point of your life that this light cannot flow freely into the open. You believe you have to hide it and keep it inside, for fear of being “different”. The constraint to be normal, getting locked into what other people might think of you, that’s probably the worst prison on earth. It’s not being in the body that limits you so. The true limitation comes from allowing in the many heavy, fearful beliefs of society and have them diminish your divine radiance.

"My wish is to show you a way out of there, and the key is: dare to receive joy again in your life, feel that it is your birthright! It is simply who you are. You are the joy of God made manifest. And to be so, you need not have achieved anything, in the worldly sense of the word. You only need to be one with who you are. You need to feel that you are fine as you are here and now. There is nothing you fall short of, there is nothing lacking. Embrace the totality of who you are now, your fears, emotional blockages, and yet, at the same time, the deep sense of wonder and vitality at the bottom of your being. Life itself flows through you and wishes to impart on you its many miraculous gifts. You have undertaken the journey of incarnation in this body, in this society, in this material dimension. That is enough. By that, you already have shown your great courage and faith. Now trust that you are allowed to receive everything you need in your life. Feel the pure joy of being in this moment. Let yourself relax into it.

"Imagine that from now on, there is nothing you “must do” in your life. If you would really grant yourself that freedom, your life would consistently flow smooth and easy. I understand that this runs counter to much that you have been told by your parents, teachers, employers, etcetera. Society imparts on you that you have to work hard and diligently to develop the necessary skills and abilities to cope with reality. It tells you to keep small and focus on what is possible rather than on what you dream and hope for. Not only society tells you this, even a lot of spiritual teachings have a rather stern and disciplinary outlook on how to achieve enlightenment.

"Imagine that you release the very idea of goals and achievements. Imagine saying to yourself: I am as I am, and I am completely okay as I am. What liberation! If you can allow yourself to be this relaxed, things will start to flow in your life, and you will see that exactly the opposite happens from what society tells you to expect. Things will start to happen for you without having to work hard for it. If you can be at one with yourself and accept things as they are, you will invite a flow of peace which will bring miracles into your life. By accepting yourself as you are, you say “yes” to life, to being here on earth, and you allow yourself to receive anything you want simply because you are who you are, an indelible part of God, cherished and loved unconditionally."

No More Secrets

"There are huge advancements taking place in the collective vibration. Recently, you reflected your hope in a person who was elected to a very important position. Now you are starting to take your own power back and that is very appropriate. It is no longer appropriate to give your hope to anyone, because that is exactly what humans did with Adolf Hitler. That is exactly what humans have done over and over, and over again. What you are seeing is that all of humanity was becoming excited about the new possibilities. Now after moving two steps forward, you are taking an entire step back. There is confusion, anger, frustration and a lot of negative energies coming up. Although a lot is taking place it is simply a venting process, because much of what you have set into motion is well underway and moving in the direction you are going.

"Please do not get discouraged when you look at all the evidence to the contrary. When everything appears to be the opposite and seems to be getting worse rather than better, it is because there will be no more secrets on planet Earth. This is happening already. It is happening in Iran, in the United States, and it is happening all over this planet. Those are the things to celebrate, because never again will humans follow the leader in the way you have always done before."

Let It Be

"There is a natural rhythm to all things, and it does not necessarily have the pace that you think is desirable. The realization of your goals requires energy to be shifted. Energy shifts often take more time than you expect or wish for. In fact, energy shifts are nothing else but you changing.

"When you will have reached your goals, you will not be you anymore. You will have become an expanded version of your current self, filled with more wisdom, more love and more inner power. The time it takes to fulfill your goals is the time it takes to change your consciousness in such a way that your desired reality may enter your actual reality. So if you want to speed up things, focus on you and not so much on reality.

"Often you even need to let go of your goal, in order to be open to receive. This sounds paradoxical. But in fact we are saying only that you need to fully accept your current reality, before you can step forward into a new one. If you do not accept your current reality and you are holding onto your goals in a tense way, you are not moving forward.

"Nothing will leave your reality, unless you love it. Loving it is equal to “setting it free.”

"Unless you truly embrace your current reality and accept it as your creation, it cannot leave you, for you are denying part of yourself. You are saying “no” to the part of you that has created this reality for you. You would like to cut this unwanted part from you and move forward.

"But you cannot create a more loving reality from self-hate. You cannot “will yourself" into a new reality by pushing unwanted parts aside. Will power does not serve you here.

"What you need is to get in touch with your heart. The energies of understanding and acceptance are the true building blocks of a new and more fulfilling reality.

"When you interact with reality from the heart, you let reality be. You do not try to change it; you simply and carefully take note of what is."

Where Love Is Not, Love Can Be Found

"In ways that are very hard to express in human concepts, fear is a blessing as well as a torture. In any case, the choice to allow fear in your reality was not made for you. You were the Gods, so to speak, who allowed fear to play a constitutive role in your reality. You did so not to torture yourselves but to create, to create a reality that has more substance, more “fullness” to it than a world solely based on love. I realize this may sound unbelievable, but perhaps you can intuitively grasp what I am trying to say here.

"Fear is a viable part of creation. Where fear is, love is not. Where love is not, love can be found in new and unpredictable ways. A whole range of emotions can be explored, even created by the absence of love. The absence of love can be felt in a variety of ways. The presence of love can only be felt against the background of fear. Otherwise it would be all pervading and you would not notice it as such.

"So by creating fear, by catapulting yourself outside of the ocean of love that surrounded you, you allowed yourself to experience love for the first time.

"Do you understand?

"You did not create love, but you created the experience of love. You needed an opposite, something other than love, to do this and you used fear as an instrument. We on the other side of the veil can clearly see the spiritual role that fear plays in your reality. Therefore we plead with you, again and again, to not judge. Please do not judge fear and the darkness it brings, either in yourselves or in any other being. You are all created from love and to love you shall return."

What Is Christ Consciousness?

"Living from the reality of Christ consciousness means that there is no struggle with anything. There is a complete acceptance of reality. This absence of struggle or resistance is its main characteristic. Since Christ (or the Christ energy) recognizes the extremes of all thoughts, feelings and actions as the manifestation of the one divine energy, there can be no duality, no judgment in the way ‘he’ (the christed energy) experiences reality.

"Let’s give an example here. When the Christ in you watches an armed conflict between people, her heart weeps for the fate of the beaten one, but she does not judge. She feels the pain and humiliation with each blow, and her heart is filled with compassion, but she does not judge. She watches the offender, the one with the gun, who has power, who inflicts pain, and she feels……..the hatred and bitterness inside of him, and her heart grieves, but she does not judge. The heart of Christ embraces the whole spectacle with deeply felt compassion, but without judgment, for she recognizes all aspects as experiences she has gone through herself. She herself has lived out all of these roles, of offender and victim, of master and slave, and she has come to the understanding that she is neither of them, but that which underlies both.

"The Christ energy has passed through all the energies of duality. It identified itself now with the dark, then with the light, but through it all, something remained the same. And when she realized this “sameness” underlying all her experiences, her consciousness obtained a new kind of unity: it was “christed”."

Don't Toss That Canvas, Leonardo!

"The creation/dis-creation cycle is similar to watching a talented artist create a beautiful canvas. Then, right before the finishing strokes, the artist dissolves into self-criticism and decides the work is inadequate, destroying the canvas and tossing it into the trash. The artist begins another canvas, impulsed to paint another picture based on an overwhelming, sometimes incomprehensible, desire to create...the same creation energy that drives you to your manifestations. Again, at the last moment, the painting is rejected. The artist's work never comes to completion because the artist dissolves into self-judgment. At the very least, if the artist would roll up the canvas and place it in storage for later assessment, it would hold the energy of the creation and its potential for future possibilities. Instead, the artist begins anew, impulsed toward another creation that, once again, he or she destroys moments before its completion in a fit of self-judgment. Fortunately, the artist's urge to create never abates since it is a fundamental force that defines existence. Unfortunately, the artist lives in a frustrated state of unfulfilled expectation because no creation is ever brought to fruition. Some artists continuously repeat this cycle and live in a perpetual state of yearning, some develop addictions to numb their frustration, and some are able to move beyond their negative feelings and create masterpieces. Where are you?

"When you enter a mode of dis-creation based on unfulfilled manifestations, you must immediately stop your negative mind babble, re-directing your thoughts to what you do rather than what you do not desire. You must recognize that your manifestations are in the mode of creation in the non-physical realm even if you have no immediate evidence in the physical realm. You must honor the timing cycle you have entered because it is always in your highest good. You came here to create, not to dis-create. However, the time frame you desire is not necessarily most beneficial to your situation. You may be manifesting a situation that is premature, causing you either difficulty or disappointment if it were to come to fruition based on your agenda. Although it is frustrating to generate manifestation energy without immediate results, it would be imprudent to create a situation in advance of its ideal timing cycle. Your higher self knows this and your guides know this. Trust that you are operating in perfection at all times."

Doing The Dance Of Non-Resistance

"The hardest thing for all of you to understand is that you are creating ALL of your experiences. Your words, energy, actions, and expectations of negative outcomes are mostly the culprit to your frustration. When you become truly aware of this, you can look back upon your recent past, and ask yourself, "what did I say or do last week, that brought this problem about?" You may not remember, but if you do, you often create more negative emotion by getting angry with yourself for creating the undesirable situation.

"Let this anger be the last stage to your dance of resistance. Realize that by resisting the flow of events in your life, you are only complicating, and prolonging your discomfort. However, the act of non-resistance is not passivity. Recognizing the situation with acceptance, and taking responsibility for creating it takes much courage and strength. It is often easier for you to blame others, or to ask for sympathy. These are the other extremes to the act of non-resistance. You blame the other that is causing your discomfort. You push against them, resisting the other Being that is simply reacting to your own fears, words, and actions. They do not go away. The act of asking for sympathy prolongs your difficulty as well, because you are still refusing to take responsibility for creating your undesired circumstance. Words of sympathy temporarily comfort your wounded spirit, but you do not heal. Your pain increases until you are able to stop the dance of resistance. Once you stop this dance, and begin to disengage your negative emotions from the situation, the problem begins to softly drift away.

"This is the way all of the problems of the world cease. Those who realize that they create their own problems can begin to distract themselves with something else, or discontinue resisting, and the problem will naturally go away. The following week or month, you often forget the problems of the recent past all together. If you are not understanding this process, you may find yourself in another dance of resistance, continuing one dance after another. But let your heart and mind join in this understanding, that all that you resist and push away will only come with stronger force. That those things which you want to eliminate will go away by the act of non-resistance. These are our suggestions:

"Recognition - Recognize that the negative emotion that you are experiencing is yours alone, and yours alone to deal with completely.

"Realization - Realize that you had the negative energy within yourself that caused the mirroring within your experience.

"Responsibility - Take responsibility for the words, feelings, actions that brought the undesired situation into your life (even if you can not remember what you have done).

"Release - Release others from the confines of responsibility for what you are experiencing. Release all blame and compulsion to extract sympathy from others.

"Understanding - Understand that you are experiencing the natural occurrences for your highest soul’s growth, that everything is in divine order.

"Acceptance - Accept the events that are occurring in your life as temporary, that everything changes, moves and retreats.

"Accelerate - Move ahead swiftly from your present situation. Do not stay frozen behind the red light of your own fear. Let go and move on to your next experience.

"Create - Visualize the situations that you are wanting in your life. Think positive thoughts, speak positive words, feel positive emotion moving back into your life, and expect your desires to come forth naturally into your experience.

"This is the dance of non-resistance. Beautifully take notice of all of the events in your life as natural, flowing experiences that shape your Being. Begin to notice the wonderful things in your environment, the loving souls in your life, the positive experiences that you are having. Realize that your life is what you make it. It can be quite wondrous, if you only stop resisting the natural process of life."

Five) Pay attention to the symbols of your dreams and waking life. Make note of the images that flow into your mind. These images are offering you glimpses of new possibilities now crystallizing in your energy field.

Six) Affirm daily that you are an infinite being. As an infinite being, your birthright is the unlimited magic and abundance of the universe. Open to allow abundance and synchronicities to flow into your life in magical and unexpected ways.

Seven) Release any attachments you may have to your present identity, to others, or to ways of being. Attachments and expectations bind you to old habits and patterns and keep you from experiencing new and expanded ways of being.

Eight) View all images/experiences/visions/desires through the lens of your spiritual purpose. Affirm that whatever benefits you receive you extend to all others through your spiritual purpose.

Nine) Allow greater and greater amounts of joy into your life. Make a list of what brings you joy and constantly look for ways to expand this list.

Ten) Accept and embrace whatever unfolds in your life. When you accept what comes before you, you open to its message and wisdom. By contrast, whenever you resist something, you close yourself to its message. This dooms you to repeat the experience.

Could you discuss the phenomenon that we call down here “global warming,” from the perspective of the spiritual evolution of mankind?

Answer:

When entities become ill it is often the end result of imbalances and distortions within the energy body that have been ignored or not recognized.

The same is true of the living body of your planet. The situation is not particularly simple, for your planet is populated by several planetary populations from elsewhere in which there was a toxic disregard for their home planets and a set of actions which, in total, created of their planets an uninhabitable environment for third-density work. Consequently, you have coming into the earth plane of your planet a great many entities who have been unable to grasp the need for inner peace and harmony with others. And you have instead solved perceived problems by invoking the energies of aggression and the destruction of other selves.

We speak not only of the obvious physical destruction of other-selves which exist in war, but the less obvious but nevertheless deadly energies which would pit entity against entity, power against power, judgment against judgment. There is, in the concept of karma, embedded the concept of continuation, or the inevitable onward movement, of a thing which is inertia. That which is tends to continue on being that which is.

The energies that created destruction elsewhere remain, retained within the deepest parts of the roots of consciousness. And that solution which is aggressive and destructive seems once again to be a valid choice, even a necessary choice. Once again, it takes an answering energy to stop the energy of that karma and among your peoples that energy has often not been seen as a good thing.

Again and again, those answering energies of cooperation, harmonization and communication have begun to gain strength among your peoples only to be ground down under the heel of that thirst for empire that fuels nation-states’ aggression against other nation-states and entities’ aggression against other entities.

All this heat of aggression and destruction has been pushed down into the earth upon which your feet stand. And the earth has begun to express it, just as this instrument’s body was recently covered with a rash as her body attempted to throw off the toxin of a substance to which she was allergic.

While there are certainly rational, scientific explanations for various aspects of global warming, spiritually speaking, the interesting and telling portion of this phenomenon is held within the energies of your people. Therefore, every attempt that is made by persons or groups of people to send love into the earth energy, to send peace into the earth energy and so forth, is an effort well made, and an efficacious one as well.

Just as the energies of heat have moved down into the planetary entity that is your Earth, also the energies of cooperation, love, unity, understanding and communication can aid greatly. We would also note in this wise that many of those who have achieved graduation from your third density at this time, within the last thirty of your years, have begun to return as those who have seen this pattern clearly and whose hearts have gone out to the planet itself. Many of those whom you call the “indigo children” are those who are focused perhaps more upon healing the Earth than upon bringing the population as a whole to graduation.

It is not that they feel that the Earth must be cleaned up before they can go on. It is that they see this karmic residue and wish to fulfill that karma with the balancing energies of love and affection for the planet that remove the self forever from the wheel of that particular karma.

How about doing anything to get you out of your stuck mode? Being in service helps transform me into we, and that dissolves the separation that makes everyone feel stuck. It simply is not possible for you to feel stuck when you are connected with other humans. Place yourself in a position of service and you change everything at that moment. It changes your perception, and gives you purpose and focus. At this point, you want to bring in your passion. You want to find that one gift that you can give better than anybody else, because each one of you has it. Every one of you came with a gift from Home that is not possible for anyone else to carry. It is your soul’s mission to share that, and the moment you change the me into we you start to understand, you feel of use and your power returns. What magic! Now you have possibilities..."

A Pioneer Of The Family

"You must know that a planetary ascension is planned for Mother Earth.... And so it will happen that some of you Pioneers will reach Divine Awakening.

Your linear time also needs to be taken into account. When you are awakened, fully and completely accept that you are Divine, when all coding has been undone, you have been given the key and the door is open and you are ready to take this step into Divinity, then everything in you will change.

"But it will not happen in the way you may suspect, from one minute to the next. It will take place a little more every day, in your power of Divinity. When you are divinely awakened and people who are still sleeping will meet you, with your Divine power you will react with Love to everything you meet. For you will no longer be able to do other than react with Love as you will have understood that only Love exists.

"Situations in which you find yourself will change. You will understand that only you yourself create each situation at every moment of your life. As you will be in your Divine Might you will create situations for yourself which are full of abundance, human love and joy of life. You will no longer feel situations of doubt and fear. "Humans, in our view, are often obsessed with vows. Whether we're talking about priestly vows, marriage vows, patriotic vows, etc., it doesn't matter.

"Vows are, as John said, unrealistic, especially if you live a life many years long. You change and grow through those years -- as you should, as your higher selves intended when you incarnated.

"That is a good thing. After all, you cannot not grow. You can choose how to grow -- through joyful experiences or painful experiences. But you cannot stand still.

"So to impose upon yourselves or others vows (of whatever -- celibacy, fidelity, obedience, poverty, patriotism, etc.) is simply not a good idea.

"Instead we would propose setting realistic expectations for yourselves, acknowledging you will grow and change continuously throughout your lives.

"When you get married or become a priest or anything else, you certainly have great intentions to make it the very best experience you can. We applaud that.

"But do you expect also you will never change? If you do, that is not only unrealistic and shortsighted, but it simply does not fit with how your human lives always "play out," if you will.

"Friends, we've often said "Live in the moment." That's all you have. Your human minds do not know where you will be ten years from now, or fifty, or more. All your power is now. And only now.

"So to impose vows and promises on yourselves is to deny you will change and grow. You can deny it, but you cannot avoid it.

"Live fully in every present moment. Do not tarnish your joy with unrealistic expectations. Vows and other long-term contracts, if you will, are simply not part of who you really are.

"Who you really are is God. God needs no restrictions, goals, or anything else that limit your growth.

"You are God. You are Joy. Live in the full awareness of that every moment of the rest of your lives."

"We are going to let you know right now that you are Creators. How do we know? Because you are creating everything in your life, whether you realize it or not. It is not being created by us. It is not being created from outside of you. You are creating it. Well, perhaps you say, “But, Tobias, I certainly am not creating all of these bad things.” Ah, again we ask you to take a look. You ARE creating it, perhaps not consciously in your human mind, but based on your needs, based on your energy, you are.

"You are like a magnet, but a magnet that works different than your physical magnets on Earth, for the opposites attract in your magnets on Earth. But, with the type of magnet that you are the likenesses attract. If you feel disempowered, disempowered things will come to respond to you. You will be surrounded by disempowered people, or people who use their power to take yours away. You are asking for it. Like responds to like.

"If there is a lack of abundance in your life, it is because you are feeling that you are not worthy. You are energizing yourself, or spiritually magnetizing yourself, and you bring it into your life. Everything around you and everything in your life is a direct literal response to who you are. It is not being inflicted on you. You are bringing it in. You are manifesting it. That is how strong and powerful a Creator that you are.

"If you don’t like something, if you don’t like things in your life, or any of your life, you can change it. How do you do that? First you acknowledge that you are ready for a change, and you are willing to go through what it takes, which all of you have. Then, Shaumbra, you begin to change how you are feeling on the inside. You begin taking a look at how you are creating these things. Are you playing the role of the victim? If you are, you will always have victim experiences happen to you. Are you playing the role of the disempowered? Then you will always have things that come into your life that take your power away.

"It is time for your freedom from those things. It is time for you to understand that you are no longer bound by them. You can change them. You could also give us all of the reasons on Earth and in the heavens why it can't be done. And, then we have to support you in that. We have to continue helping you feel disempowered, continue helping you feel like the victim, continue helping you have no abundance. That’s the one we don’t like at all because that is what you are choosing. That is what you are drawing to you."

Out Of Chaos Comes New Creation

"It is as if your lifeline is being tugged and pulled in different directions as Spirit tries to get your attention. You can resist and hold back, kicking and screaming; however, you will eventually move forward on the spiral of ascension. There can be no denying that the evolutionary cycle which is now in full swing is creating chaos and is swiftly breaking down the old belief systems and structures. Remember what we have often said, ‘out of chaos comes new creation.’ The Soul-self is nudging and prodding everyone, to one degree or another, in an effort to get each soul’s attention. No one can maintain the status-quo, coasting and drifting and ignoring the call to awaken. You must either grow and ascend in consciousness, or sink deeper into chaos, fear and limitation which only postpones the inevitable. It is your Divine birthright to live in abundance and prosperity; you have just forgotten. Abundance comes in many forms, so seek an abundance of love, joy, good health and vitality, as well as all the things you require to live a full and comfortable life. As you begin to create miracle after miracle, those around you will want to know what you are doing. That is when you are to share the techniques, beliefs and wisdom you have claimed as your own. That is when you will become a true self-master; first you will teach by example and through your actions, and finally through words. You, the StarSeeds, will set the new standards of behavior and others will want to emulate you and adopt your new philosophy of life; therefore, it is of vast importance that you focus on what is right in your world and look for the best in those around you, for that is what you will reinforce. The dance of life includes you, not as awkward stumblers, no matter what you may think, but as wonderful, coordinated dancers. Let the rhythm of your days delight you. And see every task and every chore that you perform as a kind of dance. Each sacred concern, no matter how shallow it may seem, has its rhythm, its tempo and its steps.

"As you allow your vision to be one which gives life to everything you see, you shall allow yourself more and more to dance with the water with which you do the dishes or clean the toilet or cleanse a baby. You shall see every plate as that surface which smiles at you when you have washed it and says, “Thank you! I love to be clean.” Share the delight of that dish and give it a smile.

"The primary inclination many of you have is, when negative energy arises in you, you condemn yourself for it. “No, there shouldn’t be anger.” How often have you heard yourself say, “I shouldn’t be angry.” Does that come up for you?

"If you were walking barefoot on the carpet here and you stepped on a tack, there would be pain in the foot and a drop of blood. Would you say it shouldn’t hurt? That’s how the body is. Would you say there shouldn’t be blood? That’s the way the body is. But when you stub your emotional toe so to speak, you say it shouldn’t hurt. “I shouldn’t feel angry. I shouldn’t feel jealous. I shouldn’t feel impatient.” And because of your strong aspiration to purify yourselves, you try to scour off that negativity. You grab scouring pads and you scrub and it just makes you bleed.

"We can’t see the windows here but imagine if the window became covered with mud, maybe a heavy rainstorm. So the window is filthy, covered with mud. Would we have to get hammers and tear out the window? No, we wash it off. The nature of the glass is clear. And if it gets covered with mud, there’s no denial that it’s dirty. But the nature of it is clarity.

"So for most of you, and yes, here I’m speaking of part of your intention for the incarnation, is to come to know that clear nature, that innate purity, without any denial of the negativity, without fear of the negativity, and without hatred of the negativity. You come with the intention not to enact that negativity in the world and to keep bringing yourself back to a centered, loving space. You know, as we discussed earlier, that which is aware of anger is not angry. You come to learn to hold space for and to take care of the anger, and to be sure it is not carried out into the world. Anger, greed, fear, jealousy, impatience, doubt, confusion—to find that centered place and rest there, and learn how to live from that space.

"When you stop giving energy to the negativity, you stop feeding it. The more you say, “I won’t be angry,” the more you feed anger. But when you relax and just say, “Ah, so. This anger arose out of conditions. I will hold space for it and take care of it until it dissolves,” then you’re practicing loving kindness. Then you’re practicing the innate clarity."

"Within the self often there are heavy emotions, anger, fear, greed, impatience, and so forth. It’s important not to act out these emotions, and many of you strive to do that, and yet you do not give equal time to the beautiful emotions that are present in you.

"If the windows on the front of the room here were very dirty, would I break them out and install new windows? Of course not. I’d wash them. Their nature is clear and radiant and perfect. So often you relate to yourselves as if there was something broken about the self that needed to be fixed.

"Many of you, especially those who are on a conscious spiritual path, strongly yearn toward what we might call purification of these heavy emotions. But my dear ones, there’s nothing broken, there’s nothing bad. You are human; of course emotions will arise. The problem is not the emotions, the problem is the whole idea, “No, this should not be here, I must fix it,” almost breaking out the window because it’s dirty. Can you see in yourselves the way you sometimes attack the self when anger arises, or fear or greed, instead of simply stopping and noting, “Here is anger. Here is fear. That which is aware of anger is not angry.” You all have the capacity to touch that deep awareness, to rest in that deep awareness and learn to relate to the world with it. This is the coming into higher consciousness.

"The earth is going through enormous changes right now and you will want to change with it or literally be left behind. Just as there is not much place in your world now for the person who threw his trash out of the car window—everybody turns around and says, “What are you doing?” Because people have evolved into a more conscious sense of responsibility toward the earth––in the same way, those of you who threw your inner trash at other people or at yourselves are now in a position where you need to look at these habits and ask yourself, “Where is kindness here? How can I more clearly see and live my interconnection of all beings? How can I live with more love, more kindness, with more awareness?”

"You live with a sense of limitation, many of you. You have sets of beliefs, “This is how the world is,” and as long as you hold to that belief and don’t consider the possibility of something beyond it, you simply keep recreating the world as you know it. If you want a world that’s peaceful, yes, you do have to acknowledge that there are people on the earth who are very angry and afraid, and who would do harm. We’re not talking about hiding the head in the sand, there is a reality. There are angry people who would do harm. But if you then walk around constantly with weapons and shields, locking everybody out, the heart never has a chance really to connect.

"How do we connect to another? How do we open our hearts to others? It takes trust, and sometimes that trust is violated, so one closes up again and says, “See, I knew it wouldn't work.” You do not want to extend trust to someone who you know not to be trustworthy, but don’t let that stop you from extending trust to those who might prove to be trustworthy. If you never open your heart, you’ll never connect with others. You’ll never learn truly to love and to see the world through this united vision of all beings.

"The world you are coming into is changing so quickly; the world you are coming into is going to ask a lot of you. It’s going to ask you to step beyond your prior sense of limits, your belief in who you are and what you think you can do. It’s going to ask you to look at old beliefs and leave them aside."

Now, Why Didn't I See That Before?

I had a very interesting insight this morning:

We deliberately put ourselves in challenging situations in which the ONLY way we will find the solution is to love ourselves.

I arrived at this conclusion by pondering the fact that our negative emotions are a communication letting us know that we are not loving ourselves, that we are out of alignment with our essence. Now, our essence knows and sees all, and there is no problem or challenge for our essence. Our essence loves itself unconditionally. So if we could align with our essence, we could very easily see the solution, solve the problem, and return to a state of joy.

And how does one align with essence?

By loving yourself.

Therefore, loving yourself is often the ONLY way to solve a problem, to overcome a challenge.

What a perfect way to nudge us toward loving ourselves - by making it the only possible way forward...

"I greet you, my dear friends on earth! As I come to you on this day I can see that many are in a state of confusion, in a state of feeling lost in life, without goals, and filled with worries. But my dearest friends, if you have listened to any of what we have said before, you will realize that this is the result of the process of transformation, and that this is nothing to worry about. You have all been prepared for this phase, and although it may seem to some that the tasks at hand are insurmountable, feeling incapable of continuing with this lifetime, nobody is being asked to give more than he or she is able to. You all accepted your tasks as they are, you even chose them, and were asked if you truly want to accept them, and you did. You do not remember this now, but your soul knows. And now is not the time to give up. Yes, it seems to some that a day should be twice as long to be able to fulfill all given tasks, to not only deal with jobs, family, household chores, shopping needs, finances, but also do lightwork, meditation, yoga and heal oneself. However, dearest friends, it is mostly a matter of prioritizing, organizing, and commitment, that keeps you from fulfilling these tasks. If you look closely, you will find many minutes wasted during your day, that could have been used to make time for your spiritual well-being, your spiritual growth and self-healing. Even more so, if you were to commit yourself to allow some time every day for your spiritual growth, you could find yourself with more strength, with more power, more energy, more joy - and possibly even with more time, although this might not sound logical to you. However, as you have more energy, you will be able to manage your life more easily, and as such, you save more time - and might save so much time, that even though you do more, you have more time left. Realize that you are a being of light, you are soul, you are spirit. For spirit, time is irrelevant. For human beings, it seems to exist, in an illusive way. But as you are spirit, you can work with this illusion, and begin to use it to your advantage. The more you commit yourself to lightwork, meditation, and other techniques and means for spiritual growth, you will find that time becomes more flexible, allowing you to do all that what you really want to do - for your own spiritual growth and inner healing. While this might still sound fantastic to many, if you commit yourself to spiritual growth you will find that this is true. Primarily, it is time to realize that this is a very important time, a very intensive time, with many challenges - but that all these challenges are surmountable; also, that due to this special time, you can make things easier for yourself by focusing on your spiritual growth - which in the end will not cost you time, but give you all the time you really need. While this might sound to some difficult to accept - enjoy the time here in this lifetime, as this gives you a very unique chance to accomplish so many tasks, which normally take more than one lifetime - yet you can pass through this time, you are given all the help you need, a lot of energy is coming to you - so, dearest friends, make use of this opportunity, and make time for your own spiritual growth! Amen."

The Relative Truth

In my novel, The Day Harry Sued God (posted on this page - on the left side - as well as on its own website: http://www.harrysuedgod.blogspot.com/), the main character (Harry) writes a book called The Relative Truth.

According to Harry, all spiritual truth is relative, at least at this stage of our development. What is true for each of us is relative to our current perspective and understanding. As we grow and widen our awareness, our "truth" grows and expands accordingly. Thus, it does no good to argue about "the truth". What is true for us will depend upon our current level of awareness/consciousness.

I recently came across the following passage, in which Michael discusses how you must find and cultivate your truth, as distinguished from the truths of others:
---

"So many seekers on spiritual paths look outward, look for guidance, for teachers, for gurus, priests or shamans or similar human beings. Those human beings however can only provide you with their truth, and often fail to guide you to your truth. You may wonder, what could be the difference, you may think there can only be one truth. In the core essence of all, there is only one truth, divine truth. But while incarnated, you will find out that what you consider to be truth, changes with time, or rather, it changes with your development. The more you advance on your spiritual path, the more you discover, allowing you to see other angles to what you previously thought to be the whole picture, thus giving you a different truth. But even the highest developed gurus will only be able to give you their truth. While some of them may truly be far developed and be able to give you a truth that is getting close to the divine truth, it still is a filtered truth, and their truth. But all that matters, is your very own truth, because what you perceive of truth is what reflects your image, your picture, of the world you live in. While the truth your mind provides may be less than ideal, it is what matters to you now, and even when you hear someone else’s truths, you will only accept it as your truth if it matches your truth - whether it is the truth your mind already established as such, or it harmonizes with your inner truth. While the mind’s truth may only be an illusion, it is part of you, and part of your process to reach your goal of enlightenment, or at least the intermediate goal of spiritual growth. It is good to become aware of what truth is, as only on such a level of awareness where you can see the truth about truth, can you reach the levels of awareness that allow you access to your core inner truth - divine truth. You get closer to this inner core truth when you get in contact with your higher self, whether this may be through meditation or another “moment for the soul”, which can be as simple as standing by the ocean, a lake, a forest - or just a tree - and simply observing nature, relaxing your mind, letting your soul fly. These moments - or by more disciplined moments such as meditation - guide you little by little, step by step, to your inner truth. This is a vital process for your spiritual development, and do not fear this - it only brings you greater clarity and more peace about things in life, about the way life is on this planet. There is a reason for everything to be the way it is; while you may not know the reason, simply allow the inner core truth to speak to you."

Joy In The Midst Of Uncertainty

"We would ask you to define what security means to you. It is probably any number of different things, including some of those John mentioned.

"What is going to happen if you place your faith, your trust in those things -- dollars, religion, government, other people, etc.?

"Once you've reached some sense of security in whatever way you can, you still don't, and never will, know with absolute certainty what lies ahead of you. Isn't that what lies at the heart of your yearning for security -- wanting to know what the future holds for you?

"You all live with uncertainty, no matter how much false security you think you have. That perhaps is the real key here today. Can you still live a joyful life in the midst of uncertainty?

"There are no guarantees, friends. As long as you live in these physical bodies, you will never know what the future holds.

"Even we in these dimensions of spirit do not know your or our future -- because we are all growing, changing, evolving into greater and grander expressions of divinity, of God.

"None of the illusions of security can give you real security. Your real security lies within you. You are all powerful beings, free to create whatever you wish.

"Why not create a life of joy, even if you know not what the future holds? Even in the midst of global recessions? Why not live fully in each present moment, loving your life and everyone, everything in it?

"You can live joyously even in the midst of uncertainty. You are your security. Finding joy in your life is the only guarantee of security. It's all you need. Then you will find security amidst the uncertainty because then you will know you, as an extension of God, can create the life of your dreams.

"You don't need to know what lies ahead. You only need to know you are the creator."

Sad Songs Say So Much

"Humans in general on this planet try to avoid sadness, difficulties, and dark energies. However, we tell you that most music on this planet has been inspired by these dark energies. Most of the beauty that you truly find comes from the shadows hitting light in a certain way. Finding the beauty in the darkness will be a key role as empowered beings and Lightworkers. Finding those opportunities for light is now at hand for all humans. You have placed yourself in key positions all over the world to be there at the right time with the right energy. You have made it. You are here! The time is right and now we ask you to look at the darkness for all the beauty that it holds. Look at those restrictions, those negativities, the horrible things that are coming on your news. See them as opportunities for light, because these are the things that will catalyze your next incarnation here in this physical body. You are being re-born even now. That is what the re-wire process is about on many levels.

"Keep in mind as you do this that you are not the physical body at all. Many of you push away those physical parts and deny those pieces of yourself in order to be spirits. We tell you, however, that in fact you have no problem being spirits. It is being human that is the problem. You are here as spirits to have a human experience and that includes light and dark, failure and success. Those are only labels placed upon your journey as you go forward, but they mean nothing when you get Home. The parts you will re-member are how you found beauty in the darkness -- how you found your part of your world to share. That is the piece you came to do and we tell you now is the time."

It's Who You Are

"The answer is simple: Seek only joy in your life.

"I realize that sounds like an impossible task to many on the earth plane. But it is not impossible. It may be difficult at first, especially if you've been habitually focusing on what does not bring you joy.

"But you can move into a state where most, and even all, of your present moments are filled with joy. And you can achieve that in this lifetime.

"But you cannot do it if you insist on focusing only on what most of your world focuses on. It behooves you to pay attention to what you're paying attention to. If you read your daily newspapers, for example, you're paying attention to what most of the world is focusing on. And just how does that make you feel? Certainly not joyful.

"You have to move out of the mainstream to be joyful. You have to be willing to do whatever it takes to feel good. You have to be relentless in your insistence that you will choose only experiences that feel good. Whether we're talking about relationships, jobs, places to live - it doesn't matter.

"What does matter is that you choose only experiences that feel good. That you make a deliberate, conscious choice to experience only joy in your life.

"The more you focus on joy, the more joy the Universe will deliver to you. The more you focus on what's less than joyful to you, the more the Universe will deliver that to you.

"The more joy you experience it this physical lifetime, the more you remember who you really are.

"Joy is not only the key to remembering who you are. Joy IS who you are."

The Paradox Of Being Human

"Now. There are a couple of paradoxes that apply to the information that we’ve attempted to express to you on this afternoon. And the first is that you enter into this vibrational level by choice. And when you enter into this vibrational level by choice you agree to participate in what we refer to as the human consciousness concept and belief system and that you will limit your capacity in all levels of your consciousness to understand absolutely who and what you truly are, to understand that you are in control of this creation and of this reality that you experience in this vibrational level.

"Even in your so-called between incarnational periods, what you refer to as dying, you don’t really die, you simply alter your consciousness one step beyond what you might refer to as a deep dream state. And in that level of consciousness there still exists this so-called veil, this electromagnetic type of energy that limits your capacity to understand who and what you truly are. However, as you deepen—if you wish to use that terminology, you may reverse it and say as you heighten your level of awareness and consciousness—it’s in that veil.

"And so, in your between incarnational states indeed the veil is much thinner than it is when you are in your awake and consciousness state, however it still exists. And you have agreed to participate in sustaining, maintaining, that electromagnetic type of energy. And the paradox is that in your awake consciousness state you exert so much effort to understand who and what you truly are, to understand that which you have agreed to not understand, that which you have agreed to make inaccessible to all levels of consciousness in this vibrational level. And you do that for a very simple reason. And the reason is that when you’re existing in this vibrational level in your awake and consciousness state, if you don’t understand that you are the creator of your reality then the reality appears to be so much more real and beyond your capacity to control. Your choice, to be involved. Absolutely. And yet you choose as well to not understand the full extent of your involvement.

"You choose to limit your capacity to consciously be involved in the creation of this reality. You choose. Not some other entity, absolutely not. You choose to put in place and to sustain that electromagnetic type of energy to be involved in this creation process. With what you might call a cooperation of all the other entities, a consensus to perpetuate the veil and to exist in your vibrational level. You choose that which you desire to sustain and which, in your human consciousness, you attempt to break through, to understand. A paradox, absolutely."

"So, many times the reasons why you are here are so simple as to be beyond your ability to accept and to believe in your awake and consciousness state. You are here by choice. You are here to experience an intense range of emotions and feelings that cannot be experienced in any other vibrational level throughout all of creation. That Spark Of Consciousness That You Are

"You see, the reality that you experience is a reflection of the belief that you hold. When you believe that you have this universe that exists out there and you can put something out into your so-called universe and it will create what you desire and come back to you from the universe, then it’s an illusion, and doesn’t really exist. It comes from that spark of consciousness that you are. It comes from withinside. It’s who and what you truly are. And then you begin to hold concepts that there are universes outside of your universe, you can have that, absolutely. And when you begin to hold those concepts that those universes have unlimited power you can have that as well. Absolutely. But understand, that it’s only there because you believe it’s there. It only has validity because you choose to validate it. It’s not real. It’s an illusion. A significant illusion, absolutely, but an illusion nonetheless.

"It’s an illusion that only exists in its true form withinside. The spark of consciousness that you are creates your entire reality. Not just part of it; all of it. And what you experience in your awake consciousness state is a reflection of what you believe.

"What you experience in your awake consciousness state is a reflection of what you truly desire to experience because that spark of consciousness that you are creates whatever it is that you desire without judgment as to whether or not it’s right or wrong. If you wish to believe that you exist in a system where this Earth that you experience in your awake consciousness state has capacity to influence your creation (inaudible) and your creation process, you can have that, absolutely. They’re not right or wrong, it’s a choice that you make and you can believe that if you wish.

"If you wish to believe that there are powers out in the universe that create and influence your reality, you can have that as well. And it can be very comforting to have those beliefs and those choices that you are not in control in all of your reality that will—“Yeah, I can believe certain things and then I put it out to the universe and it comes back.” But if it doesn’t come back the way you desire it in your awake consciousness state, the way that you, in your awake consciousness state perceive it to be, then you can always say, “Well, there, you see, I was not really in control. The universe does have an influence upon my reality. The universe does influence what I experience, and the universe is indeed a power to be reckoned with.”

"It certainly is a power to be reckoned with: it’s you. It’s your power. It’s who you are. And in your awake consciousness state if you choose to not be in control, you can have that. And when you choose that and when you experience it it enhances the experience and it makes it more real. That’s why you exist in this vibrational level in the first place, is to experience a range of emotions and feelings that are so intense that you cannot duplicate them in any other vibrational level throughout all of creation. And you accomplish that by limiting your capacity to understand who and what you truly are in your awake consciousness state."

Well, Have You?

"Greetings to you, my dear friends on Earth! We come to you again to speak about the upcoming transition, as there seem to be some misunderstanding about what is about to happen. First of all, dear friends, the transition is not something that will happen in one day in about four years - it is a process, that has already begun, which is already beginning to influence your lives, and will continue to do so more and more, and when that time comes that marks the peak of the transition, it will continue thereafter for many years to come. It is not a sudden "doomsday" nor an "apocalypse", it is merely a transformation of your world, as it adjusts to the new dimension it is entering, a new level of existence, for Earth and for life on it. Just as birth does not happen in one split second, so does the birth of a new era take some time, time of preparation, time of adjustment thereafter, all which is part of the transition. Just as the preparations for this transition began many decades ago, while the actual "birth" of the new era takes place in about four years from now, but "labor" has already begun, "dilation" is in the process of beginning- which means, you will soon notice the effects of the changes needed.

"So many of you fear the changes, yet while going through "labor" can be very painful, the outcome will be joyous, mankind will be able to celebrate the beginning of the new era, as awareness and consciousness grows, life becomes more meaningful, human beings begin to live more in alignment with their soul's desire, and more fulfilled, more joyful. Now is the time to prepare yourself, and the most important preparation may seem like none to many - but the most essential component is, to be free of fear. Do not worry about what may come - the more you focus on some of the horror scenarios some want you to believe in, the more likely it will be that mankind attracts such events, having to suffer, in order to overcome this low level energy. Realize that the time to come will be a most exciting time to live in, as great advances spiritually and intellectually await you, which allow incarnated souls to advance more quickly on this planet than ever before.

"But, in order to reach this realm, it is necessary to overcome some old energetic burdens, which hold you back from having reached this realm already. Now is the best time to do so, as Earth prepares itself for the leap into a new level of existence, that is why you chose to incarnate now, but it will not be an easy time that is ahead, as a lot still has to be done. Many among you have not prepared themselves, even though they feel and know they should - be honest with yourself, have you really done all you can, to advance spiritually?"

An Economic Renaissance

"Let me give you another potential: Against all odds and thousands of years of history even the spiritual attributes of what you call religion on the planet will start shifting and tempering itself. You don’t have to look very far for you to understand that some of the major players of the planet regarding what you call organized religion are in trouble. It is because what they teach reeks with the old energy ways. It is not applicable to real life, as seen by the young people, and that is why the young people are fleeing from the membership roles of churches. They’re not seeing a life’s reality in any of it. The doctrines do not ring with them as being needed or true. They’re seeing it as old. Look for this, for it is evident even now.

"Organized religions will begin to shift. Some of them will even shift away from the mythology that they have been teaching for thousands of years. Instead, they will begin going to the core issues and finding truth that will attract the young people again. Ideas about God that will make sense to a new generation will be put forward. Organized religion will thrive, but it’s going to thrive with a core that has far more integrity than it has ever had. Many of you didn’t want to hear that, but this is the truth of the potentials. It is also an appropriate potential, for most of the planet will not believe as you do, or read words like this. However, most of the planet seeks God in its own way, and will need to have hope within their own belief that God is current and wise. It is a snapshot within two generations of all of those on the planet regarding their own religions and what they find to be appropriate and non-appropriate. This is going to shift.

"I’ve said this before. Watch what the new pope does. “Kryon, there is no new pope.” Oh, really? It depends on when you read this, and when you do and there is a new pope, watch. For this individual is going to have to make massive change if his system is going to keep their church… and they may. When that man sits in the chair, there is the potential of massive change. There has to be, to keep the systems they have.

"This is what is before you. It has to do with cleaning up the integrity of all things within your society. What have you seen in the last three weeks? How many leaders have been brought down because of things discovered? Have you noticed? Is there something infectious going on with integrity issues? [Smile] The answer is yes. It’s about time, and you know it. Let me tell you, there’s three more leaders who are shaking in their shoes as we speak. You’ll see. It’s time to call them on these things, is it not? And you’re doing it.

"I’ll say this because there are those who need to hear it, listening and reading: Do not fear what is going on in your country, American. At this point in time, with the potentials in place, I guarantee you that these things will pass and there’ll be a time when you look backward and say, “Thank goodness we got through this.” When integrity-based decisions are made that represent your core economic issues, you’re going to grow an economy that makes sense. Right now you are changing the rules, if you haven’t noticed, in all fields. So whereas it seems to get worse and worse, you’re trying to make up your mind what to do from moment to moment in order to save this and save that, it will correct itself if you use integrity. What you are doing is pruning your economy. When it grows back, it will be far stronger than it was.

"The system will work better. Eventually there will be more jobs than ever. It’s going to work! Will you take a moment to remember that this is what we saw? We told you it was coming? We even told you the first institution to fall first, and it did! You could read these things within the Kryon published works and celebrate it. I’ll say it again, I dare you to celebrate your recession! Can you? You’re going to get through it. History is going to treat it as an economic renaissance. There’ll be a name given to it, not yet heard, not yet given, which has the energy of that idea. It is a renaissance of the American economy – a start-over so significant that it’s going to shape the way you do business for the next two generations and create a model of how to do it for others.

"In two generations, the biggest competitor on Earth will have arrived with a huge economy of its own, one that will rival even that of China. No matter what China does, no matter how many people they have, this new economy is going to successfully compete – for China is slow to move and must plough through its own historic consciousness to get there.

"There is an entire continent ready to be healed. It is rife with war and civil strife at the moment and has been since you were born. It is sick at the moment, but it’s not going to stay sick forever. Millions and millions of individuals are involved, and they don’t know it yet. For like almost everything else, it is against all odds.

"What happens when you heal a continent? You'll see, for it’s about to be healed. When it is, those there are going to discover that they can build an economy as good as yours, because you’ve set the standard! They’re going to start by looking at you. We’re speaking of Africa. We’re speaking of the potential of a group of states, eventually, who will emerge called The African Union [or something similar]. It will be a bigger conglomerate even than the United States, made and patterned in the same way, with an economy created in the same way. Millions will be almost instantly involved.

"What you solve here in your recession is what they will observe as the energy they begin with. This is different than other emerging economies. Many of those begin and grow and walk through all the mistakes you made during your growth. But the Africans will not go through the gyrations of the 200 years as you did. They will see America and take from you what you teach them. This “healed continent” is going to want what you have. They’re going to want to have their own affluence and they’re going to want to have their own banking that is free from major greed. They’re going to want to have all of the things that make a society grand and great, and they won’t have any problem funding it. Many stand by to create a new society where there are borrowers for businesses and homes. Once you take millions and millions of people who are no longer in survival mode, they want homes, schools, factories and land. Watch for it. It’s inevitable. It’s going to start happening while you’re still here. Look at what has happened in China despite a non-capitalistic government; now amplify this idea for Africa."

Escape Velocity

"We have spoken about it on numerous occasions, and although it is very simple, it is a powerful ally. Your word for it is appreciation and what we mean by this is the ability to appreciate the smallest things in your life as well as the large things.

"Appreciation is a fascinating vibrational field with multiple effects. As you watch your economic system go through its metamorphosis, as you watch earth changes increasing and the stresses upon those around you escalating, including the escalation of stress on yourself, remember the doorway of appreciation. All you have to do is step into this field and the disturbances around you will be less able to effect you negatively. The situations you are dealing with might not change, but your emotional response to them will be of a higher order. And you will be more resourceful in how you deal with the challenges you are facing.

"Were we to describe, in detail, the probable future in terms of negative events, it would be overwhelming. That is not our intent, and so we will not discuss it. What we wish to discuss is escape velocity. How do you escape the negative, imprisoning forces that continue to confine you and the human spirit? The most efficient and simple way is to cultivate appreciation — as ridiculous as that may sound in the face of the immense challenges facing your earth. Appreciation is a key that will unlock the doorway to the new world, even as the old world dissolves and falls apart, as it must.

"As the spiritually driven evolutionary forces increase, and the rip in the fabric of your civilization becomes clear to more and more individuals, there will be a tendency for those who are fixated on 3Dimensional reality (without access to the higher dimensions of themselves) to enter into a state of mental and emotional shock, a kind of numbness. You can recognize these numb people because they will walk and talk like normal, but they are like zombies, half aware, half alive. Have compassion for these individuals because they are caught between the old world that is passing away and an uncertain future that has yet to be born. Have compassion, yet be wary of them. Do not let them seduce you into their numbness and fear.

"If you learn to live in appreciation, you will enter a domain, a vibration that will carry you through the chaos of these times. You will find a type of solace and comfort, and the vibrational rate of your energy body will increase. At some point you will reach what we call escape velocity. You will easily step out of the illusions and the lies of the old world. You will see them for what they are, and you will become a joyous co-creator of a new world that is being birthed even as the old world passes away right before your eyes."

"You Don't Have Problems, You're Just Bored"

And my fourth book... my fourth book. It is a simple one. It is not very long, it is an easy read and I would like to talk about it today. It is a simple title, “You Don’t Have Problems, You’re Just Bored.” (some laughter, then applause.) And dare I say another word about it because the title is so explanatory.

You know what happens. Humans tend to get caught up in the whole syndrome of problems, it is addictive energy. It is addictive energy. They actually like having problems. You know how to turn a room full of humans silent instantly? Tell them they can’t speak about problems! (laughter) This is what humans do - they talk about problems. They go over problem after problem after problem and when the problems just naturally tend to disappear, they create new problems - because they’re bored!! (laughter)

The mind has been so programmed to work on problems to keep it occupied. It is an artificial version of being creative. The mind takes a problem and starts hashing over it, looking at it from a very analytical standpoint, viewing it from every different side, analyzing all of the different potentials, analyzing all of the probable outcomes. But then the mind also continues, in these outcomes, to interject new problems that may occur along the way to reaching the solution. So the problems continue over and over again, perpetuating themselves. It is an addictive energy.

Shaumbra, what problems do you have? None. You just think you have problems because your mind has to keep busy. You have to keep it occupied, and you know, problems are a fun game for the mind. Your mind is designed to work on things, to assess things. The mind is designed to keep busy all the time, so it will devour problems. It will chew on them over and over again just like a dog chews on a bone, never wanting to let them go.

But the real situation, the real problem is - the true problem is - you don’t have solutions. You have problems but no solutions, because solutions are no fun. They’re the end of the line. It means the mind has to stop churning and working so hard. It doesn’t have any games to feed it, so it will naturally continue to perpetuate a problem for the sake of itself. It doesn’t want to be bored, doesn’t want to be cast off into nothingness, so it will continue problem after problem after problem. It is a vicious cycle, it is a very tiring cycle, and it is a cycle that we can end - you can end.

A Trance Is A Trance Is A Trance

KRIS: You are perhaps, all of you, familiar with various trance states in relation to relaxations, meditations, inductions and so on. These are not the only kind of trance states that you engage. We could even say to you that when you are at home being wife or husband, that is one particular trance state. Whilst you might still be at home, you could also be a father or a child. You may be a businessman. You might also be a lover. You may be experiencing one set of conflicts and then at another time a different set of conflicts. Everything that revolves around themes is a particular trance state because you are simply ALWAYS in trance. You are never out of trance. You are never NOT in a trance state. We could say you are never not never in a trance state! (Chuckling among the group) Always in a trance state you are.

BRIAN: Even non-physical, Kris?

KRIS: Indeed. Manipulation of consciousness at that layer is far easier and smoother, but you get a lot of your… how do we say?…. apprenticeship in the physical form because your trance states also involve legions of emotions and feelings and a variety of other tones which add depth and dimension to the trance states.

It is not that once you leave the physical all of these colorful add-ons disappear. They become part of the scenario. So you utilize your physical experiences as a means to gauge your capabilities at the conscious level and when you leave the physical, that which you then termed the unconscious, the subconscious or the neo-conscious mind, becomes the greater conscious mind so that you have far more of your faculties at your beck and call to direct and navigate the ship of your consciousness. You would, we are certain, much prefer to go on a cruise ship with a seasoned captain than you would with a monkey, would you not? You are certain that the seasoned captain will take you to your destination safe and sound whilst the monkey is anybody’s guess!

Chief Joseph, On Feeling Good

"This sounds so simple, but feeling good is the "secret" to all you wish for. Especially feeling good about yourselves.

"Feeling good is the key to abundance, healthy relationships, healthy bodies, and all else you’ve ever dreamed of having in your lives.

"It’s all a matter of vibration, friends. When you are feeling good you’re vibrating at a high level. You are living in the frequency your higher selves live in all the time. You are literally moving into a higher dimension, an alternate reality -- a reality where all things are possible. Even what you call miracles.

"As we said, it sounds so simple. People have often asked us, "Joseph, it can’t be that easy! Is just feeling good going to help me create the life of my dreams?"

"The answer is "Absolutely yes!" Feeling good is the key to the life of your dreams.

"However, if you pay too much attention to what’s going on in your world today, especially all the "bad" news in your mainstream news media, you’ll get depressed.

"Focus instead on all the "good" news out there. There’s far more of that than the bad. But you have to do a little digging to find it. You won’t see much of it in your mainstream news media.

"The "bottom line" here today, friends, is this:

"Do whatever it takes to make yourselves feel good. Period! Make that the guiding light of your lives."

What Do I FEEL Like Doing?

"If you follow your intuition, taking action only when it feels right, things will get done in much less time than you would expect, and you will be able to do far more than you can imagine."

Although the messages may be faint at first, the more you listen to and follow the messages you hear, the more messages you will receive and the clearer they will become.

"The guidance you receive will lead you to more abundance, joy and love. Your higher path will unfold more rapidly, and the timing of your projects will be just right."

"The way to have more time in this new wave of energy is to raise your vibration and handle things from a higher level. YOU DO THIS BY DOING THINGS ONLY WHEN YOU ARE IN THE RIGHT ENERGY SPACE TO DO THEM. If you aren't in the right mood to do one thing, do something else you are in the mood to do. Trust that if you aren't in the mood to do something, there is something else that is more important to do at that moment."

To Clone Or Not To Clone

"We are very happy to have the opportunity to speak with you again. There is much activity and many changes occurring on the planet at this time. We want to acknowledge the work that you are doing and we want you to give yourselves a pat on the back to acknowledge this. At times you can be rather rough on yourselves. You question the validity of your actions and choices you are making and do not even realize the growth that has occurred. In these times when you are rushing through life you do not realize how far you have come in such an amazingly short amount of time.

"Now on to the topic at hand. Cloning. Ah, quite the issue, this one. You could call it a hot topic across the galaxy. There are many species who have dabbled in cloning and always the result is the same. There is a missing element when creating a physical form “outside of the grand design”, if you will. Within a cloned being it is possible for walk-ins to inhabit a body, but the life force energy is always lacking. The physical entity does not operate on the same frequency range as the rest of the planet, so it does not learn the same lessons on a spiritual level. There is the experience of physicality, but not the emotional component that links to mass consciousness. It is an isolated existence.

"Whole planets have had their developmental plan altered when the number of cloned beings outnumbered those who incarnated naturally; thus they created a secondary grid of consciousness linked to the planet. But the emotional aspect of their development did not resonate with that of the planet itself, which in turn caused great distress to the celestial body. Quite interesting really. And it sparks quite a bit of debate amongst the members of the Galactic Federation.

"As creators there must be a level of honor and respect for that which you are creating. If it is lacking and the level of spiritual development is not as mature as the technological prowess of the species, then it is doomed to fail. Cloning is not a new endeavor on this planet. Many of you hold memories of the many ghastly cloning experiments from the time of Atlantis.

"Cloning has a detrimental effect on the natural cycles of a planet including life/death cycles and the food chain. We know this may be a bit hard to fully embrace, but even your plant life has emotional experiences. When you consume food not only are your cells nourished by the molecules within the plant, but you absorb the plant’s emotional state as well. This is also true of animals and your consumption of them. When you ingest an animal that has been traumatized, that experience is absorbed by your emotional body. By “blessing” or giving gratitude for your food, you are sending directed energy to the food which alters its frequencies before consumption. When sent the frequency of love, its frequency will alter to match.

"Unlike a union of chromosomes in a laboratory that has been stimulated by electrical current, the natural union of cells generates an emotional body. All of the information and history of the genetic line from both parents is passed down in this field. As you continue to grow, you absorb information about the world around you and connect to the energetic centers of the Earth. However, when the union of genetic material occurs in a laboratory, that spark is missing. An emotional body does not form until much later. If in vitro fertilization occurs the emotional body is created solely from the mother’s emotional experiences while in the womb. Most of the genetic memory of the father is lost. You may think of it as receiving a bad fax transmission. The poor quality of the information does not allow you to read the message.

"For those of you who have had children through in vitro fertilization, not to worry. Your child will adapt to the energy of those around him. But know his perception of reality will be slightly different. And at this time on Earth, new perceptions allow you to move beyond current limitations. So the timing of this technological ability is perfect – as are all things.

"When cloning occurs, there is no possibility to transfer the emotional body. The copy is so poor that nothing can be read. This in turn leads to the creation of an emotional body that is out of sync with that of the other creatures on the planet. Because of the missing “data” it holds a much different frequency.

"The issue at hand for you now is that of cloned animals being introduced into your food chain. Well, we hate to tell you this but its resonance is not far off from what you are already ingesting. Your genetically modified foods are very similar in vibratory rate. That is to say that the “emotional” body of the food does not resonate with that of other naturally occurring foods on your planet. Unless consciously altered, the frequency of the food you are ingesting is lower than your own requiring your body and emotional field to process the “toxins”. If it is your intention to raise your frequency, we recommend that you avoid these foods, both cloned and genetically modified, altogether.

"We caution you on your quest to create life outside the “natural order”. Cloning is mass consciousness’ ultimate expression of its need to control. Out of fear of the unknown you try to harness the ultimate “power”, life itself. So we challenge you to look in your darkest places and release the fear. For you truly are in complete and total control. But from your limited perception of reality, you cannot see it. It is time to move beyond.

"Mass consciousness is beginning to comprehend the notion that they are in control of their destiny. That is why you are seeing the Law of Attraction being talked of so frequently in many of your books and movies. Again you have duality, finding a way to express itself and returning to balance which is what this dimensional shift requires. The negative expression is cloning. The positive, the comprehension of the Law of Attraction. When you realize that you can create at will, you let go of fear. Nothing is insurmountable. You make course corrections and move closer to your goals learning how to read the “road signs”. You are not a lone traveler. There are many of us here, ready and grateful to have the opportunity to give you directions along the way."

As always, you must decide whether the preceding words have value to you. They are simply ideas to consider, nothing more. The topic of cloning has always seemed rather odd to me, at least in term of cloning an entire being. Perhaps the creation of particular "parts" (i.e. organs) in a laboratory - in order to aid in healing - presents a completely different set of issues.

The above passage makes an interesting point at the end, that cloning is the "negative" expression that lies opposite the "positive" expression of comprehending the law of attraction. Also, the statement that cloning is a mass expression of the need to control is intriguing to me.

Plenty to ponder here.

"Let’s talk now about 2009. Ah, humans love predictions at the beginning of the year. The problem is nobody goes back at the end of the year!"

"So now, from our perspective – and we do watch over this very carefully. We feel into the directions of human consciousness and look at the over-trends, the higher trends that are taking place. It’s very difficult to make exact predictions, and you, as humans should know – many of you were readers in past lives, you were gypsies and magicians, and you could feel into some of the energies – but it is very difficult getting specifics. So let’s go to a higher level overview of what we see happening and then work down to some of the details."

"What lies ahead for 2009? Perhaps it’s not exciting or dramatic, but it’s very noteworthy. We’re going to call it the year of weather – both “‘whether’ or not” – but also the physical weather of Earth. The reason is quite simple: Because as consciousness is changing, New Energy is coming in, Old Energy is going out. Old stuck energy in the Earth itself is shifting and leaving."

"There’s a cleansing at the deepest level of Earth right now and that translates into major weather changes on Earth."

"2009 will be the year of storms – storms that do make the headlines and bring up the drama – whether it is earthquakes, whether it is violent storms that have never been measured to this degree before; winds, rain, lightning – odd and unusual lightning storms all across the world that bring up patterns that haven’t been seen before in a lightning storm in the past – these are going to occur all across Earth.

"Some will say that this is a result of global warming. They’re going to blame everything on global warming. They will go into panic and drama. They will go to an extreme, because it’s a fun game that they play.

"Others will blame it on God. “God is angry, God is upset with humans,” they will say. “This is the beginning of the end, the rapture, the end of Earth, and God is expressing his displeasure at humans and therefore sending forth the forces of nature and weather to wake people up.” And at times to take out thousands, tens of thousands or hundreds of thousands in a single storm, in a single swoop.

"Others will blame it on the Earth herself, saying that – these are the ones of scientific minds – saying that there was forces in Earth and in the solar system that had not been predicted before that are causing these erratic patterns and that perhaps the Earth is going to start crumbling apart.

"None of these are reality, they’re drama. They’re drama. They are intellectual or they’re emotional drama.

"What you have here is because the consciousness of Earth is changing to such a degree that it’s going to affect the weather. The weather comes in response to human consciousness. That doesn’t mean that it always has to be nice and sunny. (some laughter) The weather provides clearing. The weather provides insight and awareness also."

"Weather will make the headlines, particularly – particularly – after the first quarter this year. It’s going to perplex scientists and those who study its patterns, and they’re going to wonder why the shifts in the magnetic poles are changing on a very erratic basis, as well as the intensity or the magnetic pull to Earth. Both the magnetic poles are going to be shifting, and the strength – or the lack of strength – of the gravitational pull on Earth is going to change this year, and it’s going to be erratic. It’s not going to follow a nice symmetrical path. It’s going to change in every part of the Earth, and every biological aspect of the Earth is going to feel it, but most will not understand what is going on.

"Many will go into drama and emotion, not knowing what’s going to happen. They’re going to say it’s a reminder from Earth that Earth is grander than human, that humans have abused the Earth and now it’s time to honor and respect the Earth. In a way, yes – always honor and respect the Earth. But don’t fear it. It’s part of you. The weather is going to provide important shifts in releasing energies that have been held within for eons of time that have been waiting to go."

"The non-dramatic part, the part that won’t make the immediate headlines, is a change in the global climate is going to cause a shortage of food for the next several years at least. Places that have been relied on to grow food will not be able to grow. The reservoirs deep under the Earth’s surface will dry up or become toxic to the plants. Places that have experienced temperate weather are going to start experiencing more severe weather – too cold, too hot – and the plants that once grew upon the surface will not grow as hardy, if at all.

"This will cause a shortage in the food supplies on Earth.This won’t make the headlines right away, not like a stock market crash does or a good war. It is the subtle and quiet news that is taking place. But I want you to be aware. I want all of you to be cognizant of the weather. Go beyond the front page headlines and dig deep into it. I would even like to see a group of Shaumbra represented from different countries to join together as the weather report, helping other Shaumbra understand what’s going on. Not from a place of drama, but from a place of understanding.

"So as the food shortages begin, obviously, this sets off a whole different type of energy. Here you have countries right now and businesses dealing with financial matters and political matters and wars, and they’re preoccupied with that. They’re all preoccupied with business. They’re all preoccupied with saving the economy. And right when they’re trying their hardest to bring things back together, they’re going to get the bad news coming in the door – “We’re running out of food.”

"Chaos or a blessing? Disaster or just a change? Which one do you want to believe? Which one do you want to live in?

"Shaumbra, all this is happening very naturally. Even when groups – whole groups of humans – leave the Earth at one time, there is a choice behind it at some level. Some of these groups have been so connected to their particular culture or their ancestral and cultural karma that they can no longer stay on Earth the way they were. So at some level they’re agreeing for mass exodus."

"Watch the weather. Watch the change that takes place in the production of food. Watch how crisis will brew for some and how chaos and end-of-the-world scenarios and conspiracy and everything else… and dear Shaumbra, we invite you to understand it’s a redistribution. It’s a change, and it’s appropriate."

"Weather patterns will be intense, especially in the second part of this year, going into next year. As we said, it will cause the change in the food patterns. But lo and behold, bright ones and ones of consciousness, ones who understand what’s really happening will tap into the energies of the spiritual beings on Earth such as you. And that’s when the real work and the real inventions and creations and new technologies will come to be.

"There are technologies right now for food production that cannot come out of a laboratory because of lack of funding or lack of interest. There are technologies right now that are so ready to come forward. But they’re not, because these technologies have to do with clean, very cheap fuel, as David said. They are ready to come forward, but there is a lack of funding or interest or sometimes just closed doors. These things are ready to come out. There are technologies right now, dear Shaumbra, that would amaze you in terms of healing that have already been developed. They just need the refinement and the funding behind them. That’s where you come in. That’s where consciousness comes in.

"This is not a time to go into drama, into conspiracy, into end-of-the-world. It’s a time to rise above that, to use your creative energies, your creator energies to help bring these forward. And all you have to do is have hope and have vision and have awareness and understanding, to be bi-present, to be in this moment. Not to leave your body, not to leave this reality to hide somewhere else, not to pretend that it’s not happening, but to understand it’s a new era. It’s a new time. Things do change."

Looking Back Over the Year

So, moving on, just short, few comments here. If you remember at the beginning of this calendar year we said this was going to be a ping-pong year, and it was, indeed. And it was. There were a lot of pings this year.

There was your economy, the finances. Could you have imagined in… oh, I know that Cauldre would have blocked back in January, blocked if we said the Dow Jones is going to go down below 8,000 before the end of the year. He would have panicked. He would have run out and done panicky things and many of the rest of you would have also – dug underground shelters preparing for the end of the Earth. And if we had told you the biggest investment houses in the world would cease to exist – wiped off the face of the Earth by the end of 2008 – you would have surely gone into a panic. You would have tried to build some spaceship and eject yourself off of Earth, because you figured it would have been coming to an end.

If we told you that in one calendar year – one calendar year – oil would be going from $144 a barrel to $40 a barrel – $144 early in the year and down to $40 at the end of the year – you would have called us crazy, or at least you would have called Cauldre crazy. It was a year of ping-pong.

If we had told you, even in January of this year, that a Black man – a young Black man – would be elected the next president of the United States, you’d of accused us of smoking celestial something-or-other. (laughter)

Dear Shaumbra, if we had told you that the world was going to go through these changes in a year, changes in nearly everything you can think of, you would have been so frightened of the year, so panicked of the year, it would have been hard to get through. But look – look at what’s happening. Oh, and it’s happening only because consciousness is remaking itself. Earth and humanity are just remaking themselves right now. But they are not going back. They are not remaking themselves from the old recipes. They’re being remade from the new. That’s why it appears to be challenging.

While it was a year of ping, it was also a year of pong. Do you realize… do you realize – and Cauldre is asking about our accuracy on statistics – there were more new business start-ups this year than ever in history? Now, on one hand businesses are crumbling, falling away – the biggest, the strongest – but yet there are more new business start-ups in terms of corporations, home businesses, whatever type of legal structures you put on it, more than ever.

There are more patents right now being worked on and in the process of being filed on a worldwide basis than ever before. So if the world is coming to an end, why is invention and creativity at an all time high?

There are more good deeds being done by humans right now than we can ever remember in our tracking on these realms. Well, you read about the bad news, you read about the murders and the slayings and the terrorist attacks, but do you realize that there are more humans who are taking this attitude of love and compassion, who are doing loving things for themselves first and doing loving things for humanity. Not to save it, not because they feel sorry for it, because they are absolutely in love with life. They’re not doing it to earn brownie points in heaven. They’re not doing it for their stinking karma. They are doing these things because they love life more than ever.

The Christmas Story

"Beloved One, I would speak with you now about a story well-known in your culture. It is the Christmas Story.

"Within the Essene brotherhood my birth had been foretold and the Essene community knew that Mary's child was to be the messiah. But the Essenes also knew that this was not information that should be commonly shared with the Romans or with Herod, who was the overseerer of the territory. The Romans, and Herod in particular, would not want to see another ruler, as they would see it, a ruler upon this plane. It would be seen as a threat.

"The Essenes knew that my birth needed to be kept quiet. And because there was a network which had been established long ago, there was an Essene in Bethlehem who ran an inn. He was the head of the Essenes in Bethlehem. And to the Romans and to the other Jews, he was nothing more than an innkeeper who was very much focused upon running the inn and supplying ones with food and wine and lodging. And yet, this one was very learned. He had a keen mind and a loving heart and was a true servant of the Heavenly Father.

"So when it was known that my mother, Mary, and father, Joseph, would be making the trek to Bethlehem to be counted, word was sent out in advance unto this one to prepare a place for my mother. And it was not felt that to come unto the inn which was full of all of the ones who were there to be counted, yes, but there to have a good time as well, that this would be a suitable place for Mary to come and for the messiah to be born.

"When they arrived, my father went into the inn and requested a place. Mary was with him at his side and her time had come. The innkeeper said at first that there was no room in the inn - for he wanted to keep up the appearance of being the innkeeper. He knew and Joseph knew and Mary knew that there would be room, but it would not be in the inn.

"Upon further questioning, very quietly the innkeeper said, "There are some caves to the back that I use as stables. You may go and spend the night there, if you so wish." And Joseph knew that this was the place for them.

"Now, these were caves that were quite dry, quite comfortable, and even though they were used as stables for the animals, they were clean. It fulfilled the Scriptures that said that I would be born in a manger, that I wou Id be born in a lowly place - humble, yes, and yet it was not what you would see as uncomfortable. It was quite warm and very comforting, and the animals were there at my birth and they knew themselves to be one with the Light that I am and that all are.

"Mary's time was fulfilled that evening and I was born, welcomed into the world by a midwife and several Essene women who helped with the birth, as well. Joseph was sent to the entrance of the cave to watch and to abide within his heart, for he was being as many men are who are going to be fathers: he was being very nervous and very much wanting to help, to assuage the pain that he felt Mary was enduring - and yet Mary bore it all with equanimity.

"There is an intensity accompanying a birth - as is true not only on the physical level, but upon the level of a birth of a new perception, a change in your way of thinking, a change in the way that you love. Oftentimes changes are born with great intensity. And as you are going through the birth process, there can be much anguish, much feeling of being pushed, perhaps against the will and yet, it is a divine energy that is pushing you into a new birth, a new way of expressing. And it can be painful.

"There was a great light in the heavens: the Star which had been foretold. It was caused by the conjunction of several planets. Astrologers had seen this from afar off: ones who were studying the ancient prophecies and knew this would be a sign of the birth of the messiah at this time. I emphasize "at this time" for, with the birth of each age, there is a birth of a messiah, and this was not the first time that I, as the Christ - not I as Jeshua, but I as the Christ - was born upon this plane.

"Each time the prophecies have spoken of various signs to be seen in the heavens and this was true at my birth, as well. There were signs of the stars, the planets coming into conjunction with each other which made such a light that it was seen by all upon the known world at that time.
This is why the ones known as the Wise Men traveled from afar, for they had seen the movement in the heavens and they knew this to be a sign of the birth of one who was to be a great leader. And so they traveled.

"The star that was seen has meaning on many levels. It was, as the astrologers saw, a conjunction of planets reflecting the light back to the Earth, reflecting the Light that you are to this Earth. Ones have said that it was a great starship that came to witness the birth. And this is true, as well, for there were many of your brothers and sisters expressing in a different realm, dimension, who were here, for they had felt the acceleration of the energy which would bring forth the demonstration upon this plane at that time. They also have their historians, as you would call them, the ones who study the mystical writings. They also have their inner wisdom. And they came to witness this in what you would call your starships, and they were seen by ones who had the eyes to see, and by others they were not seen.

"The light of the star symbolizes the Light not only of my birth, but the Light that you are, the Light that mankind in this age has been willing to accept and to acknowledge as himself/herself. For there are those of you who have always been in oneness in the awareness, in oneness with the Light that you are, and there were many who felt the energy that was brought together by my birth.

"It was not just my birth which was important. It was the coming together of the consciousness, of readiness, of willingness to accept the Light, your divine inheritance of being the Child of the Heavenly Father. There was a readiness upon this plane, an expectancy - as there is now, in this day and time. It is not an expectancy in this day and time of a birth of a messiah as one individual, coming to be the saviour of the world who will change everything in the world - although there are still those who look to another to save them - but there is a growing expectancy of awareness of Who you are, an acceleration of occurences which are bringing it right in front of the face of everyone who is willing to look at it and to say that there must be more to living. "There must be more to life than just what this body would speak to me, of what these eyes would show me and what the ears would tell me. There is a longing in my heart to come Home." And this is felt by many of your brothers and sisters. There is a birthing that is happening upon this plane, again."

The Importance of Importance

I've been on a bit of an Elias kick lately. Which is quite fine, as Elias has been one of my favorite teachers over the years. It's that 'least distortion' thing, mostly, and I learn a great deal from him/her.

In this session, Elias is discussing importance. As most of us know by know, we create what we concentrate upon. But that can be somewhat ambiguous and hard to wrap your brain around. In this session, Elias uses the word importance, and I find it very clarifying. Whatever is important to us, we will concentrate on, and thus create more of.

In order to move in the direction of creating the reality we desire, we must stop making the undesirable things in our life so important. As we do so, those things gradually fade out of our experience.

Here is part of what Elias has to say about importance:

ELIAS: When you change your perception, you change your physical reality. But when you dislike elements of your reality, you continue to create them.

ANNE: How do you not dislike something when you naturally dislike it?

ELIAS: It is not a matter of changing that into a like; it is a matter of recognizing that you may not like some expression but it is not necessary for that to be important. It is the element of importance that creates the perpetuation of what you do not like. When you remove energy from what you do not like and it is not important, it is not necessary to create it.

MARK R: That means if you try to ignore it and forget it, then it’s the best case you can do.

ELIAS: Not necessarily. It would more be recognizing that you incorporate a dislike and acknowledging that – “yes, this is an expression that I do not like.” You acknowledge that it is present but it is not important, and you can turn your attention to a different direction that can be important in what you DO like.

BE The Love That You Are

"What we would like to call attention to in this time is the partnership of love within the transformation of the collective consciousness. Oftentimes, during the course of their personal process of growth, people want a purpose in which they serve others; they want to help others, they want to heal others. There is a noble intention within this desire. But what is not always understood is that by Being Love, you may be just as, or even more, transformative than when you are in direct participation with others."

"By Being Love, you are in truth animating Love within the collective consciousness in every moment you do so. If you are loving yourself and in that time honoring your own needs, if you are standing true to yourself and speaking a truth which is for you difficult, if you are eating a good meal and through that you are honoring the needs of your body, if you are caring for children in a way that honors their aliveness and is teaching them to source themselves in some wonderfully delightful ways, if you are with friends, or with a partner, or by yourself, wherever you are animating love, love is also more present within the collective. If you believe that you have to do or accomplish something great in order to be of service, if you have to be healed, or if you have to heal others, there is a subtle split within consciousness, a separation. That split can actually keep you from influencing the collective in the direction of transformation, even though your intention is to be in service. In trying to serve, you actually expend much more effort, while being less effective within the larger picture."

"You are part of the collective. In Truth, you ARE the collective consciousness, each of you animating not only individually, but what you have taken on within the whole of consciousness, within the collective. If you separate yourselves and say you have to heal others, and make the other separate from you, there is a way in which you are not animating love either for yourself or for the other."

"We are hoping that this message is not confusing, because the message is very important for those of consciousness to understand, especially those who are opening greater capacities for Love. The more love you can bring into your awareness and experience in any moment, simultaneously being aware that you are part of the whole, the more you are influencing and animating that love within the whole of consciousness, opening greater freedom and a greater sense of wholeness. That is a great gift, and it is also simultaneously very enjoyable for you. So the more you love and experience love of self within the context of relationship, within nature, with animals, with self, while opening the awareness of how you are woven within the whole, the more you choose love, the more you allow yourselves to experience love, the more you animate love and joy and grace and all that is beautiful, the more you are affecting the transformation of the collective. You are very powerful in your conscious Love because of your placement within the collective and your willingness to expand your capacity to BE the Love that you are while within the collective."

"Some of you have come to this awareness and some of you are still seeking to do something as a purpose, to do something as if it is something you have to discover or get filled or be more healed or whatever. Not so. Animate love, animate grace, animate joy, animate beauty, animate friendship, animate wisdom, animate justice. Animate and be, while being aware of yourself as part of the whole of consciousness, and you will see powerful transformation happen in this next time. Much love is actually needed in this next time. Be Love, and enjoy the experience, because it will also heal you, it will heal your body, it will heal your relationships. You might have things come up from the past. Know that love is present. As these things rise to awareness, bring them to learning, resolution, or transformation, however the process needs to unfold. Do not contract around the interpretations that are coming out of the collective consciousness and its fears. Do not take those in and let them contract you away from Love, away from light, away from joy. Then you are less effective. If you contract in fear, pain, guilt, or too much empathy, you experience less Love and animate less within the collective. There is already too much contraction and it is now attempting to release. Yet it needs greater Love to do so with greater ease and speed. That is your purpose, if you wish to call it that. Enjoy it! That is our message."

I Want A Bicycle

In the following excerpt, Elias is discussing energy, and how we are continuously projecting energy. He describes our energy as a shockwave that we send out through our attention to something, particularly that which we believe is important. The energy we project affects all of our creations. So if you are frustrated about something in your reality, that frustration affects all of your creations, even those that appear to be entirely unrelated. Therefore, it is vital to pay attention to what we are expressing, even about the little things.

"You will pay attention to what becomes important to you, regardless of what it is. If there is some expression within your reality that you dislike, you will pay attention to it, for the dislike becomes important. Therefore, you continue to pay attention to it.

"The more energy you offer in a particular direction, the more you create that. Therefore, it is significant to recognize what you are expressing as important. “I am incorporating a headache. I dislike this headache; this is important. It is important, for I wish the headache to dissipate and disappear; therefore, my dislike of the headache is important.” The more the headache continues, the more important that dislike becomes, and you concentrate.

"What is encouraging in all of this doom is that within any moment you can alter that shockwave of energy. You can alter the direction of that shockwave. The manner in which you do that is paying attention and aligning what you are feeling... what you are thinking... and what you are doing.

"One method that you can effectively incorporate is to generate a visualization momentarily. Rather than merely thinking or expressing “I want this,” generate a visualization in which you have that, you are actually engaging it.

“I want a bicycle.” Allow yourself to momentarily generate a brief visualization in which you are actually touching the bicycle, riding the bicycle, engaging it, and in that, you are traveling in some area that you would enjoy riding the bicycle. FEEL yourself upon the bicycle, KNOW that it is yours already. Even if the bicycle does not magically materialize before you within that moment, know that you already possess it. Therefore, it is not to be acquired. In that, continue to pay attention to your process, what you are actually doing. This is significant, for regardless of whether what you are doing seems to be associated with a bicycle or not, all that you do is interconnected.

"Therefore, as you are generating the action of creating a sandwich and you are expressing to yourself frustration for you are not incorporating enough roast beef to be satisfying with your sandwich, that is associated with that bicycle. The imagery may be entirely different, but that energy is expressing an energy to prevent you from materializing that bicycle.

"In the moment that you notice that you have not enough pieces of roast beef for your sandwich, rather than merely expressing that shockwave, notice what you expressed. You can alter that in that moment, and you can express, “This is enough; this is satisfactory.” And allow yourself to enjoy it – not generating the consumption of the sandwich and throughout that consumption expressing, “This sandwich is horrible! I knew there was not enough roast beef and now all I taste is the bread, for there is no flavor in this sandwich for there is not enough roast beef.” That is one of those shockwaves that has created an obstacle and a barrier for your bicycle.

"But if you are allowing yourself to relax, appreciate that you generated the action of creating a sandwich for yourself and expressing in acknowledgment, “This is my sandwich and I shall enjoy its flavors,” regardless that there was not enough roast beef, your shockwave changes, and it influences that manifestation of that bicycle in your process.

"In actuality, the principles of creating your reality are quite simple. As much as you enjoy complicating them, they are actually quite simple. It is merely a matter of genuinely noticing and paying attention to what you are doing."

You Attract What You Express

ELIAS: All that you do is interconnected.

Therefore, if you are paying attention to an abundance of pebbles in your garden, or you are paying attention to the abundance of foods that you store in your home, or you are noticing the abundance of friends that you interact with, or the abundance of energy that you incorporate when you are generating an action that you genuinely enjoy – it matters not – that is creating an energy. When you are creating an energy that is focused in a particular direction, that is what you manifest in all of your directions. It spills into other expressions, such as money.

When you are generating a continuous attention and concentration upon lack, as I have expressed many times – I have not enough money, I have not enough time, I have not enough friends, I have not enough energy, I have not enough milk, I have not enough bread – when you are concentrating upon lack, you create that, and you create more and more of it, for that is the energy that you are projecting.

When you are concentrating upon appreciation and upon what you do have and what you are generating and acknowledging that, that creates a very different energy, and energy is key, for it is what MOVES what you create, for it attracts what matches it...

You attract what you express in energy. This is one of the most difficult elements for most individuals to recognize, for you do not see energy. Therefore, you are not always aware of what your energy is doing or how it is being expressed. This is the reason that I have expressed many times, your greatest indicator of what your energy is is to be paying attention to what you are actually doing, not necessarily what you are feeling. At times, what you are feeling may correlate, but feeling is not always an indicator of what your energy is doing and how it is being expressed.

I'm sitting here at my desk thinking about Thanksgiving, and what it really means.

We all know the history and surface meaning of Thanksgiving, but as is typical of me I have to peel away that surface layer and see what's underneath. And when I do, I see something that is very forward-looking rather than backward-looking.

People tend to give thanks for that which they have already received, but what we are saying with our energy when giving thanks has as much to do with the future as the past.

When we express gratitude, our energy is saying, "Yes, life is good. Yes, abundance is part of my experience, my reality." And, perhaps most importantly, "I am open to further gifts and abundance." Basically, gratitude is our way of saying, "Yes, more of this please!"

So as you gather around the dinner table on Thanksgiving and say a prayer of thankfulness, know that the universe is paying attention. Know that more abundance is moving steadily toward you. Know that your gratitude is being heard and responded to. More is on the way.

And THAT is something to be grateful for!

KRIS: In terms of the economy, you may not notice that you can easily slip into the worries and the fear mongering that is propagated by the media, by the banks, financial institutions of other kinds, your neighbors, your parents, your children and everybody else, as if - if you did not worry about the economy as it is now, it would fall apart. But it may be precisely because you all worry so much that it already is falling apart, and it cannot avoid that situation. How can it avoid literally being flushed down the toilet? We would have used the older English expression but the toilet is sufficient. And why does it do that? Because it has to conform to your attitudes, your expectations what you concentrate upon and so on and so forth. It reflects your attitude, your consciousness, your trance, period. If you collectively shifted that trance state to one of prosperity, then overnight the economy would seem to stabilize and literally fix itself. You cannot fix the economy by pumping in seven hundred million, or billion, or trillion dollars, expecting that it will, by that action, stabilize, if you do not fix the minds of those who are generating the economy in the first place. Do you follow?

RICHARD: Absolutely. The market is really a reflection of the psychology of the people involved with it.

KRIS: Indeed. It cannot be otherwise. So our simple observation to everyone that can hear us now, that can hear us later, or that may never hear our physical voice is to change the channel. Not this channel, of course.

[Laughter.]

MARK: Don’t touch that dial.

KRIS: As the saying goes, put the remote down and step away from the television. Thus if you change the channel of the trance that you are in, collectively, then the economy will reflect your new perspective. It must abide by your perceptions. It cannot do otherwise. So it is not the government’s fault. It is not the fault of the shysters and the crooks. Everyone plays a part. And it is a reflection of your need to understand yourselves and how you do this. The time is long past to blame others for what you concentrate upon. The media is simply reflecting back to you your own fears on the subject matter. And it is an enabler, as you enable the media. So you are indeed in a triple bind. And you can step out of the hamster wheel simply by stopping what you are doing and begin to concentrate on prosperity.

Prosperity is not a pretty word. It is not a word that belongs to the New Age. It is simply an expression of a different trance. A trance of prosperity means that everything flows freely without restriction, be that health, wealth, happiness or otherwise.

And yet, we would suggest that there is wisdom in waiting those few seconds before you undertake a challenging duty in order that you may open your heart and mind to the realization of the full measure of your gratitude for the opportunity to be alive in the creation of the Father and to face this moment.

"In just this way does the discipline of the personality begin. It does not begin with meditation, although meditation is vital to a spiritual practice. Rather, it begins on the very surface of things, in the very smallest of chores and duties. It begins with the realization of the tremendous fortune that you have in coming to this moment just where you are, with just the people with whom you are and facing just exactly the blessings and challenges that you now face.

"There is an ecstasy which comes when the spirit is ready to be honed in its focus and dull care flies away; when the spirit gathers its feet under it and surges into a full and vertical existence within. The whole energy body begins to sing when this begins to happen. And where before there was a flat and pleasant landscape of things to do and people to see, now you are at the cutting edge of the present moment and anything is possible."

A Broken Arm, Wise Elders, and The Judging Mind

"I had an experience in a very long ago lifetime, when I was young in spirit. A younger and smaller boy in my village and I got into a fight. He had said rude things about my mother. I suppose this is a reason why young boys often fight. My father had died when I was young so my mother did manly labor, as it might be called, as well as taking care of the children and preparing food. She worked very hard to take care of our family. My father’s brothers helped her, but still she had to be strong and powerful, not soft and feminine as were many of the women in the village. So the boy had said, “She’s strong like a man,” and instead of taking that as a compliment, I took it as an insult and began to fight with him. I did not restrain myself, as would have been wise, so we got into a tussle and I was bigger. I pushed him and he fell in such a way that he broke his arm.

"Our village elders were very wise. They did not punish but tried to use our life situations for teaching. So after the immediate first aide was given, a splint was on the arm and a few days had passed so it was not so painful, they called us both. These elders first talked about what had happened, and then they said that what they felt would be an appropriate use of this situation—not punishment, an appropriate use of this situation—was that since the smaller boy could temporarily not help his mother and father by going out and doing farm work and heavy work, that for those 6 to 10 weeks until the arm was healed, I would go everyday to his home and do the heavy work that he always did. And he in turn would come to my house and help my mother every day. He would do everything that one could do with one arm. He would help her to tend the children, to stir the cooking pots, to carry a bucket of water, to keep the fire burning, to go out and pick berries and nuts and other kinds of food.

"So each of us spent the next 2 months doing this work, and of course we both gained deep insight into each other’s lives. I saw the reason for his statement about my mother; it was really not meant as an insult. Rather, it was a statement of his own concern because his mother was rather weak, frail, and dependent, and needed her children to take care of many things. I saw how that was for him. And he saw how it was for my mother, who had so much responsibility with a number of young children. I was the oldest. So he began to cherish her strength.

"When this time was over, we became best friends and throughout that life we were really closer than brothers, caring for each other. Both of us were far less prone to judgment, to the judging mind’s arising and to acting out the judging mind when it arose."

"As you all know, it has been an intense, intense several months, but in particularly this last month. It will continue to be intense. And just when things seem to ease up a bit, when the stock comes back a little bit, when the news is quiet for a few days, it’s going to come again. There are going to be times that you wonder why these waves and waves of changes at every level are taking place. Just remember it’s about change occurring. It’s a natural process. It’s only when the humans panic and the humans point fingers, when humans accuse or the humans try to hold onto a very, very old way, which is not appropriate anymore, that the problems start to occur.

"Oh, the changes will still take place, naturally. The evolution of consciousness is well underway, that’s not going to change. There are those who are going to try to hold back, try to resist, and eventually, it will be very, very difficult for them, to the point where many will choose not to stay here on Earth. They’ll hang it up, so to speak, let go. I’m not talking jumping off of bridges or buildings, I’m talking about letting go of that life force energy that flows through the body, because they are difficult and challenging times. But they don’t have to be.

"You’re going to feel yet another change, a very monumental change coming – next week. Now, it’s part in part from these elections that are taking place. I’m not going to say whether it is ... who’s going to win, but I suppose we all already know. (laughter) It is about choosing – voting for and choosing – for a change and allowing it.

"It’s interesting that … again, we observe the energies from our position on Angel’s Peak. We observe how it’s not just the ones who are going to the voting places and moving the lever, but there is a whole … behind every voter we say, are ten or twenty other voters – consciousness from people in other places around the planet who are also participating. This is the first sizeable election of its kind that has had that kind of energy where it ties in more than just the one person who’s voting, but they are also feeling the consciousness of others of a similar vibration around the world. You could say this is the first truly global vote that’s ever taken place. Now they’re only going to count x number of million ballots, but behind every one of those is another ten, fifteen, maybe twenty ballots, cast by the consciousness of others around the world, others who have said, “We want change, we’re ready for change,” or the ones who have said, “We’re not so ready for change. We want to stay in some of the old patterns and ways.”

"So, watch not just on the day or the night of the election, but in the three days following. Watch how things move and change and evolve. Stand behind the short wall even if yours is crumbling down. (laughter) Get a little celestial cement, patch it up a bit stand behind that short wall and observe. Be an energy observer like we are from up here, or over here, wherever we happen to be. Stand back and watch the ebb and the flow, the movement.

"Watch how the energy will start to move at a very, very rapid pace, and then it stops suddenly, just like if you hit the brakes on your car. Well that is just the fear of other humans coming in, saying, “This is going too fast. We need to slow it down.” And then something happens to break that energy free once again, get it moving. But then it tends to be kind of wobbly and shaky, trying to find its place again, trying to go back to old concepts and old programming, but it doesn’t work.

"So when that energy of mass consciousness takes a deep breath, so to speak, it finds its new level. It finds its new balance in a new place. Very similar to what you’ve been going through. Very similar to you putting on the brakes when it’s going too fast. Very similar to you feeling that you’re totally out of balance and when you finally give up and let go, you rebalance yourself at a new place, at a new level.

"You’re going to see a vote of change taking place here this coming week. The results – the results in the three days, particularly the week afterwards – watch how it works. Be a monitor. Be an observer. Come over and join us for a little bit. Get out of the drama and watch what happens. It will be amazing, unprecedented, and in a way very, very beautiful.

"We’re looking forward to it over here. I already have my seat picked out (laughter), we’re gathering the others around, we’re baking cookies and brewing up some new wine so we can watch humanity – the show – for the next few days. Talk about reality TV! (laughter) This is it at its finest."

ELIAS: As I have expressed previously, individuals move in the direction of attempting to identify and recognize and evaluate beliefs if they experience some action or some scenario within their focus that is disturbing to them. But the same beliefs that influence the creation of those disturbing experiences are the beliefs that you are expressing in each day in mundane actions over and over, reinforcing them repeatedly. Therefore, in some time periods they become expanded, for it is quite easy for them to be expressed in more expansive manners, for you are very familiar with them and you have been reinforcing them continuously.

As an example, a simple action that an individual incorporates within each of their days: each time the individual departs from their dwelling, the individual locks the door.

MAVIS: Without thinking.

ELIAS: Correct. No thought; it is an automatic action. There is no signal, no emotional communication, no thought. It is an automatic response – a very simple action, locking the door. And in one day, the individual encounters a thief and is disturbed, for now within their reality, they have created an intrusion.

MAVIS: And it becomes significant.

ELIAS: Correct. The action of locking the door every day is an action of reinforcing the individual’s belief concerning protection and the need for protection, therefore concentrating upon that belief without paying attention objectively. That continues to be reinforced, and it becomes stronger and stronger, and eventually the individual generates a manifestation of that fear. This is the manner in which you very easily and very automatically create precisely what you do not want.

MAVIS: Interesting. I’ll take note of that then, Elias.

ELIAS: I am not expressing to you that it is good or bad; I am merely offering an illustration of how automatic actions are within your mundane activities within your day, and how you do not notice and you do not pay attention, and how some of those actions are reinforcing beliefs which may or may not be a preference. But how shall you be aware and know what your preferences are if you are not aware of you?

Question:

"I am really interested in how the wealthy and powerful, who want the wealth and power to be held only by a few, continue to be voted into political office through deception and trickery. Apparently there are many people who are young souls and so don’t see what is absolutely obvious to many of us, the incredible hypocrisy. Yet we also have to live with the consequences. How are the greedy money- and power-hungry able to stay in power energetically when their intention is so fear-based? Why doesn’t the more love-based, enlightened candidate, who wants to take care of each other and the world, to spread out the wealth, why don’t they win?”

Aaron's Answer:

"Well, first of all, they may win. Who knows? You have a presidential election coming up in what, just six weeks? I’m not going to take a stance, promoting one candidate above the other, just to share some thoughts. Some of you read the talk that was printed in the DSC fall newsletter, a talk given last year about the candidates. Tonight’s talk relates to that older one. I want to look at this question in terms of why you are all here in incarnation, of not just national but world karma and what you are here to learn.

"There is a subtly different major learning for older souls than for younger souls. The older soul is here to learn love and to practice greeting negative emotion with love. The younger soul is here for the same reason but far less likely to understand the practice. In the same way that you do not expect a first-grader to do algebra, you don’t expect the new soul to grasp the finer nuances of bringing love to fear.

"So for the newer soul, the giving of love may focus on giving love to immediate family and friends and to the self, whereas for the older soul the offering of love needs to be more unconditional and offered outward to everyone and everywhere. It’s very easy to love your beloved. It’s very difficult to love the person who speaks and acts abusively.

"Laying that aside for a moment, the whole world is in movement, changing consciousness levels. Throughout the history of the world, there have been a series of different levels of consciousness. Long ago, the mythical and magical consciousness prevailed. This is the consciousness that you see in the young child, and we can see that in the cultures that believe that if they just offer the right sacrifices to the carved deity then their prayers will be answered, if they just follow the right rituals and routines, they will profit.

"Mythical consciousness evolved into a more rational consciousness in which everything had to be logical and so faith, and anything that could not be rationally proven, was pushed aside. That rational consciousness was followed by what we call vision logic consciousness. It’s still logical but there’s a broader vision on which it’s based, one that includes possibilities and not just provable facts.

"Vision logic consciousness has been the base consciousness for your present culture—I don’t mean the whole world, I mean this American culture—for a long time. Well, a long time is not a clear statement. For the last 50 or 60 years and going back 100 years; 200 years ago, consciousness was more rational-based, and then the shift. Please do not misunderstand me. Remember when there’s a shift like this there are a small few who are the leaders, others who are perhaps ready to consider the shift, and there are those who dig their heels in and say, “Oh no, I’m not going there.” There are still those in your country, even, or especially political leaders or would-be leaders, who are deep in rational or even mythical consciousness. Only the oldest souls are open to vision-logic consciousness. Now those older souls are moving into what we call non-dual consciousness.

"Non-dual consciousness asks you to move beyond the separation of self and other, to begin to see that everything is an expression of the divine, everything and everyone, and to begin deeply to respect the needs of each being and of the aspiration for happiness and safety in each being. If we look at those who want to maintain the old status quo, want power, to remain in power, want those who are poorer, weak, those who have lacked power, not to gain power out of fear that the others’ gain is his loss, we can see that this is certainly not non-dual consciousness.

"It is in a sense the last vestige of magical consciousness. “I am the power. I shape things. I make the decisions. I own the money. I own the corporations.” It really flies in the face of logic. Perhaps we could call it a reaction to rational consciousness because it’s not even rational.

"If your country and your world were composed only of old souls, you’d have a very different form of government, and a very different kind of financial system, but that’s not where you are. The world is made up of a variety of people—of old souls and new souls, people strongly grounded in fear as well as those strongly grounded in love.

"There are three different parts to this question and I’d like to take them each independently. One part requires some understanding of karma, that karma is both personal and universal or at least is worldwide or countrywide. You have a family karma, you have a cultural karma, you have a national karma, and the whole world shares a karma. I like to look at karma as the planting of a seed; you reap what you sow. If you want sweet fruit you must plant a sweet seed. If you plant a sour apple tree seed, you’re not going to get sweet apples no matter how much you wish it.

"Magical consciousness denies that fact and believes that if it wants sweet fruit it doesn’t matter what it plants. As long as it pushes hard enough, it will reap sweet fruit. And personally it may reap sweet fruit if it’s able to turn its back on the world. Therefore, it convinces itself this works. If I hold power and control and turn my back on suffering, I can be powerful and happy. It’s a powerful myth for those who are neither very new souls nor very old souls but somewhere in the middle and searching for a way to find that their needs are met and that they are happy.

"There is an old story that’s told about William Penn, who was the founder of the state of Pennsylvania. He became a Quaker. Penn was a military soldier at that point. He wore a sword and was accustomed to thinking he would use the sword if he needed to. Quakers do not believe in violence. So he said to his teacher, “When must I take off my sword?” The teacher said, “When you can’t carry it anymore.” When must you let go of this belief that you can create happiness through power, lies, manipulation, and greed? When you can’t carry it anymore.

"Your country is often mapped with red and blue states depicting the Republican and Democrat candidates. If instead of mapping the whole state as one color, if instead it was mapped with an individual speck for each being—blue perchance for the very old soul deeply committed to non-dual practice in their lives, to the deepest respect for every being, and to non-violation of any being, and red as the opposite extreme, for the being most deeply grounded in fear and greed and absorbed in the personal self, the purple specks for those in the middle—this would be a more truthful mapping because you are not voting, especially in this election, as a several million or billion—what is your population? however many it is—as that many Republicans or Democrats. You are really voting as those who are either souls attempting to support this shift in consciousness and create a government that supports love for all beings, or those who are determined to hold the old status quo. Now I am not naming one candidate or party as being of old or new soul persuasion. If you feel that’s so, that’s fine, but I’m not going to say that (laughter). I do not want to influence the election by my own personal views.

"But be aware of this division: those candidates that most deeply support non-dual consciousness, the deepest care for all beings, non-harm to all beings, versus the candidates that are very wrapped up in the self, promoting the self-belief, holding onto their own power and money, and their friends’ power and money. This is not just about the presidential race; it’s about all candidates for office.

"The questioner asks how long we have to continue in this pattern where greed and manipulation win. As with William Penn’s sword, until you’re ready to put it down and you can’t carry it anymore. "

A Farewell To Power

"Over the next four years in particular you’re going to see some very difficult things, challenging things. You’re going to see an old consciousness on Earth unravel, come apart. And yes, there will be those who panic. There will be those who are in fear, and there will be many, many who resort to stealing, whether it is stealing money, whether it is stealing other people’s energy and consciousness, whether it is stealing their property. You’re going to see a lot of this taking place.

"The next four years are going to be a time for you to be in balance, to bring up within yourself everything that you’ve learned, everything that you’ve gained in wisdom, everything that you already know within yourself. The next four years are going to be a time to stop hiding and stop pretending that you’re a victim, stop pretending that you’re waiting for something else.

"Stop pretending that you have to learn more, you have to go through all of these rituals and ceremonies to become a New Energy human. You are it right here, right now, today. There is not one thing that you are missing other than the true trust in yourself.

"What you’re seeing happening all across the world right now, all around you, is a profound loss of trust – loss of trust in old systems, old organizations, lost of trust in government and it is falling apart. What you have, dear Shaumbra, one of the most important tools is the true trust in yourself. And ultimately, for the rest of the world, it is the same thing. It is about them learning to trust that they have the answers. But right now in these most shifting, in these most collapsing of times, it is time to remember, it is time to bring up the trust in yourself."

"The bottom line, the purpose of my talk, the title of my talk today is the farewell to power, and indeed that is what you are seeing. If you want to know what’s going on, you say, “Saint-Germain, give us the bottom line. What’s happening on Earth right now?” It is the loss of power."

"A few of you had power centers of money. You learned those over lifetime over lifetime, and you had to learn that the power is an illusion. You had to learn to let go of that power and it was difficult and I almost wept a few tears for some of you when you were losing everything material. It was who you thought you were. It was your strength. It was your weapon, and you had to lose it. And then when you tried to regain it again, you had to lose it another time. Thank god for that."

"To the point right now, power is the poison. And you’re going to see it again and again when you read the headlines and you see what’s happening in the world. The very power that people have held onto in the past, starting with the largest and most powerful institutions, is going to be their poison. The more they hold onto it, the more poisonous it will become. The more they try to believe in it, the more venomous it will be. The more they try to use it against another, the more it will strangle them. It will choke them. It will take the life out of them. Power is a consciousness of itself.

"Power has reached a point in its cycle where it cannot be power anymore. It cannot be opposing masculine/feminine or light and dark. It has outgrown itself. It is seeking its freedom from the old consciousness that it has been in and now it is turning on itself. Power is poisoning and killing itself and anyone who holds onto it.

"Strong words, but true words. You’ll see it. You’ll see it next week and the week after, and when you wonder what is going on in this world, is it falling apart? And the answer is absolutely it is. Power is destroying itself and all of those who have abused it, misused it and misunderstood it.

What is Ahead

"Let’s go down through some of the categories. Let’s take a look at potential headlines for that which will come. (Linda says, “Is this the October surprise?” Adamus Saint-Germain chuckles.) First of all, you’ve seen it in the financial sectors, and you’ve only seen the beginning. What you’re going to see here in the coming few months in particular are those who have held the power – not just in this lifetime but in many, who have held it again and again – have reincarnated back into it. They have appointed themselves some sort of dictator of power, and there are a lot of them on Earth right now.

"The ones who have been holding the financial power, you’re going to see them desperately trying to get it, trying to take it back, trying to manipulate it. Stand behind the short wall, take a deep breath, have compassion, because woe to them. Woe to their families, woe to their servants, woe to all who are part of their power games. Stand behind the short wall with compassion, dear friends. Don’t feel sorry for them one bit. You could say in a way, in a twisted way, that they are doing this for humanity as well. They knew it was coming.

"In the 1500s, in the 1700s and late in the 1900s, we had some, what you would call, very multidimensional, very spiritual mystical discussions with these groups who have held the power. We showed them what would come. They did not believe it. It caused them to hold on more desperately to the power, and now it’s here.

"So there is a level at which they knew it was coming. Don’t feel sorry. Also don’t feel sorry because some of them are going to be coming to some of you to find out what the hell just happened in their life. They’re going to be in a nightmare when they come to you. They are going to be in a world of hurt. (Laughter as emergency sirens go by in the background.)

"So, dear Shaumbra, power is poison right now. It’s poison to those who are in government positions, who have had their little games, who have had their little empires, who have thought more about themselves and about their little group that supports them. I’m not talking about necessarily just the elected officials, I’m talking about the bureaucrats. The bureaucrats are going to find themselves out. The bureaucrats are going to find a whole new … a whole new legion of beings that are coming in to actually serve, not to take. The ones who have been holding on to the little thrones of power are going to find themselves in a world of hurt also.

"We’re not making anything happen. You aren’t making anything happen, but the power that they used to drink has now turned poisonous. The very power that they rely on, the very drink that they take in every day is now a poison.

"You’re going to find it continuing to happen in the churches. Thank god for that (laughter) for they have held power of government, power of money, power of sexual energy and power of spirit and consciousness, and when they drink in their power it’s going to explode their bowels. It’s going to destroy from the very inside what they have been abusing for so very long. There’s going to be stories that come out about those who have held the religious power and the trust and the faith of the people and what they’re really like – the demons that they really are."

"Dear, dear Shaumbra, what you are seeing right now is a farewell to power, the loss of power, power as the poison on Earth right now. It is sweeping across every institution of power. You are going to see it in even things like universities and schools, in the police departments, in the militaries, because what used to be the very thing that sustained them is now going to be the thing that collapses them. You’re going to see, in this shift, well, you’re going to see chaos. I won’t sugarcoat that one.

"You’re going to see it all around. Some of you are going to experience it as close as your own families and friends. They’re going to lose things. They’re going to be in pain and suffering – at least the illusion of it. They’re going to wonder where God is, and that’s going to be the most difficult of all the questions. You’re going to see them on their hands and knees praying and praying and praying, getting themselves into a frenzy, because they derive power off of a false god every time they prayed to it. They weren’t praying to God, they were praying for power. And when they pray now, they’re going to be drinking in the poison of Old Energy and it’s going to have to change them."

"Let’s take a deep breath. Take a deep breath.

"As you were standing behind the short wall watching the poison of power make its way across the Earth; as you see the assassination of European leaders in the very near future; as you see major Earth shifts, the earthquakes that have been predicted for a long time – they are going to happen, Shaumbra, before your eyes – understand it is the loss of power.

"This isn’t because people have been evil. Humans – humans are good. Humans have hearts. Humans are filled with love and hope, but a few have tried to take it away and it won’t work anymore. A few are trying to hold back a transition into a new consciousness where power is not needed or wanted. They’re trying to hold on and it will be their undoing.

"You’re going to see riots in the streets, burnings of cities. You’re going to see people getting diseases, sicknesses, that spread far too fast for modern science to catch up with it. You’re going to see some dark days, and it’s not the end of the world.

Time to Be Who You Are

"I’m going to ask each one of you to remember to trust yourself, to understand that you don’t need power, that you don’t need that old energy. I’m going to ask each one of you to stand up and be the messenger that you are. You’ve endured many hard years of your own preparation for exactly the time we are living in. You are the ones who they are going to come to for listening. Listening. They’ll need somebody that will just listen to them – not spewing out rhetoric, not performing any certain type of rituals or crystal healings or any of the rest of that.

"They’re going to need a listener.They’re going to need somebody to help them to breathe because, as Tobias has said before, they’re going to be in a state of shock. They are going to think they are living in an apocalyptic time. It will feel that way for many. But again, mark my words here, I’m not predicting the end of the world, I’m predicting grand changes and I’m predicting the dissolving of power.

"You’re going to have experiences that are going to be a bit frightening where the literal power – your electricity – goes out, not just in one small city, but across an entire country or countries. And you’re going to wonder what is happening because, you see, your world is set up on a literal power grid fed by things like nuclear and coal and other resources. But you have a powered Earth so you’re also going to see collapses of some of the power grids that you have. Oh, they’ll be restored after a period of time, but they will go out in a very unusual and mysterious way in different parts of the world.

"And I want every one of you to stop at that point, and if you blame it on the aliens (laughter), I’m going to have to have a long talk. I’m going to send you back to spiritual kindergarten. (Linda says, “Spiritual kindergarten?!” audience laughs)

"Shaumbra, you’re going to see things that you have never seen before, and it doesn’t have to affect you. It doesn’t have to throw you off. Actually, it really can’t, because you’ve let go of power. You’ve come back to you, the Source, the God within. You’ve gotten yourself off of the grid, so to speak, the grid of Old Energy human consciousness. Remember we had to tear some of you off the grid about three years ago! Let go of that grid of human consciousness, even the grid of spiritual consciousness, because you are your own grid. So while you’re going to see these things around you, they are not going to affect you because you’re not holding onto power like others in the world are right now.

"Speaking of happenings, you’re going to see what many will term visitations – lights in the sky – very unusual patterns, the likes of which have not been seen before. These are not the aliens. These are the new consciousnesses of humanity coming in. They will be perceived as lights in the sky, not just at night, but during the day. They’ll be perceived as very interesting shifts, mostly as light energy, but as other types of energy as well. Some will interpret this through the mind and the eyes as alien beings, but it’s your New Energy, your divinity and the new consciousness of humanity coming in. Don’t go back to the old power ways of giving yourself just to the aliens.

"You are the messengers. You are the ones you’ve been waiting for.

"Indeed, there will be the consciousness of dimensions, of planets, of other places that are coming in to watch and observe, but they’re not coming in to rescue. They’re not coming in with the answers, because you have it. You will feel the energy of spiritual families. You will feel the energies of the new Earth and the many other new Earths that are starting to form, and the energies of the incoming Crystals and the new ones as they get closer and closer to Earth. They are able to get closer because the veil is thinner. They will get closer also in the times of drama and change, but remember they are not the ones sent here to save you.

"You don’t need a savior. You are the ones you’ve been waiting for.

"You do not have to worry about things like clothing and food and shelter because those things will be there for you. You don’t have to worry about saving the world. You’ve tried that before in other lifetimes and it backfires. You are a sovereign being here on Earth right now to be a listener, to be a visionary, to be one who helps others breathe and help others see that they don’t need the power anymore either."

Television News, and The Prophets Of Wall Street Gloom and Doom

MARK: Okay. Hypothetically, let’s just say that I’m falling into the media, I’m suckered in and I’m watching this and I’m absorbed, it’s, I’ve become passionate and pissed off even, and upset and it’s overwhelming me.

KRIS: Indeed. And in a short amount of time you might start seeing in your life what they talked about.

MARK: Yes. So how do I reverse that?

KRIS: First of all, even if you find yourself unable to completely shut off the tube, there is nothing specifically wrong or inherently wrong in looking at the television, listening to the news. How you allow it to influence your perceptions, your moods, your states of mind is another matter entirely. And if you find that impossible then we suggest you minimize exposure. But if you can see it for what it is, a complete public mass demonstration of beliefs in action, of behavior showing what the beliefs are, and influences altering perceptions, a literal and veritable study in human psychology and consciousness above and beyond the regular teachings of schools of psychology where everything is a number, then you can have quite a buffet table laid out before you. And it will also demonstrate where your own beliefs are aligned, giving you additional advantages to knowing more about whom and what you are. And we believe the latter case is preferable than to being swept away by this flood of manipulations.

MARK: So in other words, I should acknowledge that these are a mass display of beliefs on a public scale, and acknowledge that they’re not my beliefs, and accept them as being very valid, and that’s what I accept.

JOHN: Accept the fact . . .

KRIS: Accepting is a good beginning.

JOHN: Accept yourself for having created it and finding meaning in it.

KRIS: And also accept and acknowledge that you have other meanings that you can bring into your consciousness that are much more fulfilling than those prophecies.

MARK: Okay.

KRIS: The prophets of Wall Street gloom and doom are experts in their game. They’ve been doing this for a long time. Usually it is with one individual after another. When you take it to the next level you have an entire nation in the game. And a game it is, as long as you see it that way. Once you believe that this is the ultimate, end-all reality, then you are suckered in. So be steadfast in your own convictions and steer your perceptions somewhere you want, not somewhere you do not want. Who wants to have those markets crash? You can stem the tide, but it takes cooperation. Do you follow?

MARK: Absolutely.

KRIS: You can make a significant difference in your own personal life as well, and begin there.

On The Topic Of Religion

"There is something that has been misperceived throughout the ages on the topic of religion. And that is that God is outside of you. God is somehow beyond. God is impersonal. That Spirit is not right in your midst. And that your personal experience is not as important or valued as what you had to learn or know about to be part of a certain religion... We would like to focus on that which is the purpose and intent within any spiritual system of thought, and about how those systems have become crystallized over time.

"How did religion form? It formed long before the Christian faith took hold after the presence of Jesus in this earth. There were earlier religions that formed around an individual who had a transcendent experience, an experience of embodiment, an experience inexpressible in words. That experience was not only personally enlightening, but also penetrated their perception of themselves and reality, altering it to such a degree that they could no longer live the way they had lived before in whatever system they grew up in. They then, because they were different, because they emitted a different frequency, a different vibration, and a different pattern, began to set into motion an evolution. The evolution also was in word.

"In the old tradition, the word was passed down verbally through stories, but only by those who also had experienced an embodiment of the transcendent through personal experience. In ancient or tribal traditions, they didn't call their experience with each other religion. Their spirituality was a story with life experiences added within it. The stories included visions, and when visions were retold it was with the emission of the energy of the ones telling the story.

"The Bible is familiar to most of you, although some of you have read other sacred texts. What was largely recorded in the Bible are stories that were originally oral traditions spoken only by those who were prepared by being of that vibration, and therefore qualified to pass it down.

When it became written down and available to many people, it was no longer passed down through human divinity. That then became the second step of crystallizing the energy. It no longer lived in a body, but it had to begin to live through the structure of the words. Those who perceive with a clarity and a willingness to also receive the coded energy that is within the words can be helped to directly receive an embodied experience of the specific energy. But, it is one step removed from receiving it directly through a person emitting the energy.

"What began to happen is that in studying, using the mental capacity, ones began to receive the words, but not the energy as directly. And the teaching began to come through those who were not emitting the energy, but were only passing on the tradition and the words. Then they would alter the words to suit their level of consciousness and vibration. As they altered the words, those words then shifted and changed the energy emitted, because the configurations that were coded in the original stories and visions then became diluted. And that is how religion got formed.

"As soon as it is recorded in a word that is then transmitted through people, the vibration is changed. The purpose and the intent of teaching is to facilitate direct experiences of the transcendent, that which is beyond the personal view of reality, so that you are changed. You are altered chemically, vibrationally, and in your experience of yourself and all of reality, all of creation. That was the purpose and intent of the old teaching tradition that was passed on, and on, and on, from generation to generation.

"Whenever one embodied in Earth with that altered vibrational pattern, such as Jesus, there was a change. An energy was present that brought about a new evolutionary path entered into by all who opened to experience directly, to perceive and experience with that one in their presence. And when they experienced it, then it went out from them to others. Every one became an individuation of that primary Source /Creator. And every one was altered to some degree because of personal vision, experiencing a uniquely personal individual experience of the transcendent. The vibration remains, however, on that evolutionary path as long as ones embody the energy.

"What happened in the Catholic Christian tradition was that there was a massive massacre of those embodiments by the Romans who were afraid of the energies that were beginning to alter and change reality for them. They were already panicking because their own civilization was in a period of decay and disintegration. So, to focus outward on any perceived cause was an excuse that gave them some kind of purpose to continue to exist while disintegrating. So the Christian sect at that time became their focus. Those that remained decided that they had to record the stories because they felt that it was in the interest of survival to do so. By then there was already a penetration of those who had removed themselves from the initial core energy. Those who initially emitted the core energy didn't have to record much, although Paul is one who recorded through letters, and those letters are original. However, much of the writing came afterward and crystallized the original stories that were emitted through personal, vibrational embodiments. Religions continued to grow more and more crystallized as they became mental processes without the original frequency or vibration. Those who carried the original frequencies within them oftentimes were persecuted because they emitted the vibration of change. Do you understand? Do you understanding what is happening to you now?

"What is happening now is that you are stepping outside of what has been largely a crystallized format. In this time, you have had to come back to an embodiment process. Every religion has had a certain amount of crystallization, and those who are now opening to a direct experience of embodying the transcendent beyond this reality state are emitting the frequencies of a new evolutionary pattern. You are the harbingers of change, of changing this form of reality. What could happen is that you might find your desire to record your experience also leading to another religion. In some cases it is already beginning. Whenever something is recorded, even in a "new age" or alternative spirituality, it begins to have a teaching to be passed on or reported by those who have not yet fully embodied the frequencies of the new energies, then they too are creating a new crystallized form that is being passed on just like any other religion has done. You can feel that, for you are not changed.

"If you are in the presence of one who emits the energy, you will feel a transformation. You begin to open to a greater sense of yourself. You begin to experience an expansion of who you are, and your experience of reality begins to change or alter. If you are in the presence of one who is speaking the words but not emitting the frequency, you will not feel so different. Begin to note that. Also begin to note how people experience you. If you are in the presence of others and they are experiencing expansiveness and openness, open to shifting and changing, or open to new information and new ways of seeing, then you are the one who is bringing forth that change, that evolutionary patterning, for you are emitting that energy.

"And that is what is happening now. The embodiments who are of this Light, of Creator merging with creation, are not to create a new religion, but are to embody worldwide and be present. The Presence then ignites further ones to be present. There is no need to record and crystallize teachings for future generations, because your future generations are embodying with the evolutionary pattern intact. They don't need you to record this. They don't need you to pass it on. They need you to be present so that their presence can be fully realized. We will speak of this next week when we speak about children and who they are.

"So, there will not be religion in the future. This is the end of the age of religion. Do you want to cheer or do you want to cry?"

CHEER!

"So that is our introduction about this particular topic. There is much we could say in a variety of areas, since it is a vast topic. That depends on your experience and your preference. Before we leave tonight we would like to assist you in decrystallizing the thought forms that were passed on to you that no longer have that energy to assist your evolution. Perhaps we can assist your own presence to be more vital, confident, and able to pass on the stories of this awakening to others."

The End Of September

Five thoughts regarding our current financial crisis, on the last day of a tremendous and fascinating month :

1. There is an old Chinese saying: "May you live in interesting times." We most certainly do.

2. Nothing reminds us of what is truly important like a crisis of some sort.

3. Ultimately, you are safe. Fear is just fear. It is not reality. Unless you choose to make it so.

4. Our so-called leaders tend to be more concerned with their own careers, and how their actions and choices will reflect on them, then they are with the best interests of all of us.

And finally,

5. Nothing good ever came from pointing fingers and placing blame. There are two sides to every story, and both sides will always think they're right. But in the end, we're all looking for the same thing. Ultimately, there is only one side.

O, Great Pumpkin!

Remember Linus and the Great Pumpkin?

Linus was so steadfast in his faith, in his belief in the existence of the Great Pumpkin, that he would go alone to the pumpkin patch, asking for knowledge and understanding. And he did so over and over again, much to the amusement of his so-called friends.

Linus was ridiculed for his apparent foolishness, for believing in something so absurd. How could he continue to talk to someone who never answered?

Sometimes Linus grew discouraged, and his faith in the Great Pumpkin grew weak and was tested. Yet he never gave up.

Many people talk to God the way Linus talked to the Great Pumpkin. And many people grow discouraged and give up when they don't hear God answering.

However, there is something that never made it into the Peanuts comic strip. Something very important.

What did Linus see that the kids around him did not? What kept him believing, despite the absence of proof?

Linus was laughed at.

Linus was ridiculed.

Linus was left alone in the pumpkin patch.

Now, something interesting happens when you spend enough time alone in the pumpkin patch. Something that cannot be conveyed in a comic strip.

Spend enough time in the pumpkin patch and you will eventually see that the Great Pumpkin is not just one pumpkin but ALL of the pumpkins. And all of the wisdom and knowing that has been left there by prior seekers of the Great Pumpkin.

Spend enough time in the pumpkin patch and you will see that the Great Pumpkin is not a pumpkin at all.

A New Definition

It's about widening your beliefs to encompass a larger truth - and doing so over and over and over again.

So THAT'S What I've Been Missing...

From Elias Session # 1721, Feb. 24th, 2005:

CAROLINE: For years I’m trying to create something that has to do with my musical talent, and I’m thinking I would be happy if I could do more, if I could work as a singer, being a singer in a band, making a CD and stuff like that. I feel I have the talent. Why am I not creating this as a reality? What is my problem? (Both laugh)

ELIAS: You do incorporate a talent, and I may express to you an acknowledgment that you engage that talent in lovely tones, but you generate obstacles with yourself for you restrict yourself. You acknowledge your ability, but you also compare yourself to other individuals, and in comparing yourself to other individuals or even to an ideal you, you restrict your allowance of yourself to merely express yourself freely.

In this, if you allow yourself to discontinue with this automatic action of comparing yourself, you may begin to allow yourself more of an appreciation, in genuine appreciation, of yourself and your ability – not merely your ability, but of yourself also. That shall alter the energy that you are projecting outwardly and generate much more of an attractiveness of yourself with other individuals.

CAROLINE: Some things you said I will have to translate later, but I guess I understand this comparison thing. I make these comparisons because sometimes I think I have the talent. Sometimes, when I compare myself to others, I think my talent is so low it’s not enough to make this. Is that right?

ELIAS: Yes. In this, if you genuinely allow yourself to appreciate yourself and appreciate your own expression, your own creativity and recognize that it is unique to you, it is unnecessary to be comparing yourself with other individuals or an ideal of what is acceptable and what is better, but rather to be appreciating your own expression and the uniqueness of it, and acknowledging the joy and satisfaction that you experience within yourself in the time frameworks in which you do allow yourself to be freely expressing your own creativity. If you are appreciating of you and what you do, other individuals shall reflect that to you also and shall also be appreciating you and what you do.
